這輩子沒住過這麼差的酒店，你需要把車停在收費停車場，然後大巴把你拉到meeting point給行李，然後你就自己頂着大太陽走一公里上山才能到酒店。所有設施都是79年前的，馬桶歪，浴室臟，房間黴味重，酒店説處理然後就拿個吹風機在那吹，後來升級成最好的房間才算勉強住下。結果第二天下海受傷了也不給安排車，明明行李車有座位也不給坐，我老公硬生生揹我上山。到了門口還衹給開個小門，側着進都費勁。聯繫了酒店經理全程找藉口，拒不道歉。攜程倒是態度好，但是需要聯繫中介才能聯繫上酒店，反饋非常慢。直接跟酒店溝通，根本沒有中介聯繫。這居然是家五星級酒店，簡直顛覆了認知，1w塊錢一晚，體驗的全是古老的黴味和不可理喻的服務態度！！！攜程居然還要推這樣的酒店，真的是誰住誰倒黴！確實是個老古堡，所有設施傢俱都是老的，如果需要看風景，就買個票10歐進去古堡拍拍照就行了，真的千萬別住！千萬別住，千萬別住。重要的事説三遍‼️

環境優美 古典雅緻

빌라의 위치는 훌륭하지만 우리가 경험한 것은 "관광객의 덫"이라고 할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 5성급 호텔의 평균 이하이며 음료와 음식은 대체로 고가입니다. 수하물 배달은 객실 요금에 포함되어 있지 않으며 주차 요금은 1박당 35유로입니다. 미슐랭 레스토랑은 별 1개 레스토랑의 수준이나 서비스가 없습니다. 이탈리아 스파클링 와인 한 잔은 20유로이며 요리는 전체 메뉴를 통해 지속 가능한 수준이 아닙니다. 제과점은 괜찮지 만 일부 요리는 좋지 않습니다. 즉, 7 가지 요리 메뉴의 Bacala와 파스타입니다. 호텔은 무질서하고 결혼식을 환영합니다. 개인 여행자와 같은 구내에 있는 단체 식사.

The experience begins the moment you enter the enchanting medieval building, rich in Norman architectural charm. The atmosphere is steeped in history and elegance, setting the tone for a truly special evening. The staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease We began our evening indoors, surrounded by timeless beauty, and later moved to a table on the terrace. We had the ‘orti e lampare’ menu’ a perfect blend of elegance and flavor, with a clear tribute to local ingredients and the sea. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. We enjoyed a sensory journey through taste, history, and landscape. A must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience in Ravello.

Villa Cimbrone was exceptional! The hotel was gorgeous with amazing views to be had around every corner. The staff was very attentive and worked to anticipate all our needs. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Cimbrone.

What views! Everywhere you look is another of the most beautiful views you’ve ever seen. At breakfast position yourself towards the coast or the gardens or even the beautiful old building and it’s breathtaking. Breakfast itself is a buffet and lovely. Staff very attentive (although the music is a bit special). The deluxe room was smallish and traditional but with a fabulous view worth the upgrade. Staff generally very helpful and friendly Lovely pool although the iron day beds get very very hot and you have to be careful to lie in a straight line and not be too tall lest you sear your skin. However, there seems to be a large wedding on every day, which closes parts of the gardens and even the infinity terrace, and the disco goes on late into the night with little consideration for those trying to sleep There was a small issue with the laundry not being taken away and the shower gel not replaced when empty. The flex on the lamp had exposed wires. However, a lovely stay and quite the best location (a sweaty walk to get there but your luggage is taken care of in the buggies, so it’s not too bad really)
