Great service from all the personnel at the restaurants and the front desk, special thanks to Fabrizio who was very attentive. The outdoor spaces and restaurants are beautiful and with great views… and great aperols!

We had the pleasure of staying in the Suite in Villa Maria while we got married in Villa Eva. The suite itself was fabulous, with a huge amount of room (especially for getting ready on the wedding morning) and the most jaw-dropping views from the huge terrace. The staff were so welcoming and accommodated our every need. The hotel is perfectly positioned to explore Ravello and the restaurant offers views and amazing food! We look forward to coming back for many anniversaries in year’s to come. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We opted for a partial ocean view and booked $706/ night.Upon arrival we were escorted to basement suite with small courtyard. Same level as noisy housekeeping staff. Our room was never cleaned (housekeeping staff indicated they were very busy!!) had to ask for clean towels. Very disappointed.

Villa Maria is not only absolutely stunning, but they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Everyone was super polite and helpful. Please be advised that this hotel is towards the top of the hill. The porters will assist you with your luggage, but know you'll be walking up a good amount of steps daily as you explore the town. Overall, an incredible experience.

Truly a memorable experience at a wonderful Villa with helpful and friendly staff with breath taking reviews. Such a wonderful trip with great food, wine and memories. We came to Ravello to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we couldnt have picked a better hotel.

We had a lovely 4 days at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view. The breakfast is perfect. There is no pool but you can use a sister hotel which is a 5 min walk away. Ravello is an amazing town. Be prepared to walk everywhere. There is a bus service to Amalfi but it gets very busy. Taxi's are expensive but sometimes the only option.

Overall a very well located and maintained hotel. The room is beautiful and location is amazing. Staff members are either very well trained and hospitable or quite unfriendly with an attitude. This hotel is supposed to be four star,. Unfortunately management is very stingy and they charge for little details that make the stay disappointing and make it feel "cheap". When you are paying 800 Aud dollars per night the minimum you expect is free drinking water in the room and no additional charges for egg dishes in your breakfast. I guess many weddings in this town fill up the hotels and maybe hotels forget aboit proper customer service as anyway they get full.

Very shame they don’t provide any bottle of water and asked us to drink tap water or buy from bar. I am very confused this hotel is less than 3 stars ? First time I am experiencing this and never stayed hotel doesn’t offer you bottle of water. Shame it’s very pretty hotel but basic bottle of water weren’t provided, kind of ruined experience.
