'房間比較新，簡單實用，床是那種比榻榻米略高些的矮床，衞生間門比較低矮，我經常碰頭，就算把觀景陽台推拉門關閉也房間經常進去一些小蟲子，這個挺煩的，另外有潮氣，床單被子有些濕氣，但可以接受，優點：有全扇大落地窗觀山景陽台，早上可以在床上看日出，可惜我那天有雲，沒有看到精彩的，晚上蟲鳴入睡，霧氣濛濛'

'Our stay here was absolutely magical!
The weather was perfect—chilly and pleasant, with a nice breeze. Since we’re used to hot weather, it was like a dream come true.
The reception area was huge and right next to it was a great restaurant that served delicious Nasi Goreng. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the resort itself was clean and well-maintained.
The view was incredible! From our room on the Kinabalu Wing, we could see the majestic Mount Kinabalu. It was breathtaking!
Just a heads up, the dirt and stone road leading to the resort is about 2.2 km long, and if you’re not used to it, it might be a bit bumpy. If you’re coming here for the first time, it’s best to arrive before dark.
I’m definitely going back here again! Maybe next time, I’ll have a barbecue under the stars of Kinabalu. That would be epic!'

sunrise from the back of the villa. With big big mirror.. you can on your pajamas and enjoy the big TV watching the sunrise break the peak of mt Kinabalu.
We gotten couple villa 5, can stay up to 4 pax.
Downstair parking + kitchen.
Upstairs bed, toilet & tv, walk to garden, bbq pit etc.
Dawn, catch the beautiful sunsetting sky..
peace environment. Suitable for group gathering.
Host update promptly.
Encounter blackout.. but we get to enjoy firefly, start nights.. no aircond but hv hot shower. Kitchen provide cooking ware, microwave, stove, steamboat.. everything!
Some Amenities still under construction.. still in progress.
Look forward the complete one.

2. 서비스 - 모든 직원은 친절하고 도움이 되지만, 가방을 들고 방을 직접 찾아야 한다는 점에 유의하세요. 공간이 넓습니다. 환승 서비스는 매우 신뢰할 수 없습니다. 다음 날 오전 8시에 차를 요청했고, 7시에 일어나서 10시에 차가 도착했습니다. 8시에 물었더니 리셉션 아주머니가 차가 고장 나서 고치는 중이라고 하더군요. 첫째, 내가 묻지 않으면 그녀는 나에게 말하지 않을 것입니다. 둘째, 그녀는 다른 운전자를 시도해 볼 수 있다고 말했습니다. 나는 동의했고 그녀는 전화를 걸었지만 결국 그녀는 같은 운전자와 이야기하고 있었고 실제로 차를 바꾸지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 몇 시간의 변화로 인해 내 계획이 망가졌습니다. 끔찍한.
3. 청결도 - 꽤 깨끗합니다. 침대 밑은 보지 마세요.
4. 편의 시설 - 객실에서는 Wi-Fi가 제공되지 않으며 리셉션과 레스토랑에서만 제공됩니다. 말레이시아 소켓만 가능합니다. 레스토랑 음식은 나에게 괜찮았다.
기타 참고 사항: 호텔 공간 자체는 꽤 좋으며, 환승 문제를 제외하고는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 밤에는 매우 습하고 추워진다는 다른 리뷰에 동의하므로 건조하고 따뜻한 옷을 준비하세요.

EEe May체크인은 빠르고 쉬웠습니다. 저를 담당했던 여성은 감기에 약간 지쳐 있었지만, 여전히 전문성을 유지했고 미소로 서비스를 제공했으며, 저희가 한 모든 질문에 답해주었습니다. 여성에게 찬사를 보냅니다(이름을 묻는 것을 잊었습니다). 저희는 Garden Lodge에 머물렀습니다. 저희는 성인 5명과 3세 이하 어린이 2명으로 구성된 1인실이었습니다. 성인 요금은 RM 71이고 어린이는 반값이었습니다. 저희 롯지에 도착했을 때, 키나발루 산을 바라보며 우뚝 솟아 있는 모습이 정말 인상적이었습니다. 하루 종일 전망이 정말 인상적이었습니다. 객실은 사진과 똑같았습니다. 정말 예뻤습니다! 모든 장식 디테일이 인상적이었습니다. 시설은 최고였습니다. 밤에 추워질 경우를 대비해 온수기가 제공되었습니다. 샤워는 수압이 좋았습니다. 침대 시트와 목욕 타월은 깨끗하고 상쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 체스 보드 게임과 젠가도 제공했습니다. 무료 커피와 차도 제공되었습니다. 생수가 다 떨어지면 여과수도 제공했습니다! 전반적으로, 숙박은 매우 즐거웠습니다. 아침 식사는 기억 속의 많은 선택이 있어서 좋았습니다. 케이크와 페이스트리, 토스트와 크루아상, 쇠고기 렌당이 들어간 나시 레막, 튀긴 닭고기와 삼발 소통, 국수 스테이션, 계란 스테이션, 과일과 시리얼이 있습니다. 커피와 티 머신이 있습니다. 주스도 있습니다. 아침 식사 후 키나발루 식물원을 산책했습니다. 정말 즐거웠습니다. 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

리리뷰어Overall the room is clean, complete with basic kitchen amenities. The room has a spacious balcony which we enjoyed the sunrise view. We can see the Mount KK from main entrance and the back of the resort. Their staff are friendly and helpful. However, the only challenge is to control the water heater temperature 😆.

GGraceGuiThe hotel room near Kundasang was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The condition of the room was great, offering cozy furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the dinner options, which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the cleanliness of the room left room for improvement, as there were quite a few bugs that disrupted the overall experience. Another issue arose during my shower when the hot water suddenly stopped. Thankfully, it happened just as I was nearly done, so it didn’t cause too much inconvenience.

TL;DR: This place feels more like a meditation centre than a hotel, it will not provide you with supplements. It's a bare room. You need to bring toothbrush&paste and buy drinks somewhere as it is not provided. No tv and fan. No in-house restaurant. There are mosquitoes at the garden near afternoon, and the balcony at night, but there are no insects in the room (family room). In exchange you will get a very clear and vivid Mt Kinabalu view in the near-dawn morning (where there is no mosquito), a working shower with heater, concrete floor that reduces nearby noise, and cold foggy experience.
Long:
This place is within the fog path so you will get the foggy experience. You can also see Mt. Kinabalu at the right time and it looks quite close (e.g. dawn 6 a.m.). You can even see the electric towers and resthouse, it's that close. Moreover, this place is more like a meditation centre than a hotel. It is visibly run down probably since covid as that is also when the in-house restaurant got closed down. Considering my experience as a recurrent visitor of Kundasang, mosquito has always been the least of my concern. Somehow this place has lots of them. We got bit quite a lot in a short span of time.
Undesirable / Cons:
-No water kettle, no supplements (water bottle, coffee pack, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Porcelain mugs are provided though
-No in-house cafe/restaurant but nearby has a few (400 meters at least)
-No tv, no fan but cold in general
-Quite a lot of mosquito and moths outside at the garden place in the afternoon and at the balcony connecting the 2 buildings at night. There are no electric zapper.
-Seems a bit run down at the garden. 2 broken board pieces on the floor for example.
-It has no Qibla for muslim people, at least in family room
Desirable / Pros:
-Big room. Not smelly
-Is cement board floor
-Big single beds. Not smelly
-Clean bed. Fluffy cover.
-Water heater is working for family room at least
-Relatively clean inside room and at reception. No insects in room. No weird bugs around.
-Has a table and chairs in room
-Lots of electrical port
-Wifi provided by hotel is strong (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz
-Very near main road. So good road going towards the hotel
-Aki-Aki trail starting point is nearby. Plan to go next time so no experience as of this review
This place is not too bad. Not too good either. Personally, I wouldn't place this as my top place for the foggy and view considering other options but I don't mind returning if necessary. It will sure be much much better to highly recommended with much needed renovation and have some methods to deal with those mosquito.
p.s. There's a cute puppy that invites you at the entrance. 😂
p.s.s. I saw a greater coucal gliding into the forest in the morning!
