A glass slider opening out onto a deck leading into the private garden. Family bathroom and laundry are on the lower level which leads into the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. All bedrooms are fitted with electric wall heaters. A night-store heater warms the lower-level passage way, and a wood burner and heatpump in the open plan living.
