The hotel is amazing, great location, great food, kindness of the staff and rooms are clean and quite. It is already the second time that I stay in this hotel and I will be back. Great view from the restauran on top.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Typical room in Europe, small and compact vs hotels in America. Awesome staff at front desk, very warm and helpful. Convenient parking behind hotel. Amazing breakfast, inexpensive but very valuable, waffle maker, hot eggs, bacon, cold cuts, drinks desserts and so much more. Great find. Lots of restauranrts near by and shopping center. Was there on business, but would return for family vacation

Un gros bémol sur la qualité du matériel au niveau du MASSAGES siège trop dur déchiré recouvert de papier j’en passe le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel mais quand vous demandez pourquoi les sièges sont en si mauvais état ils nous disent de dire ça à la direction qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire dommage et les salles tango sont un triste incroyable sombre dépressif surtout ne pas y aller le service est bon, bien dommage… concernant la nourriture rien à dire Service irréprochable personnel sympathique et toujours là pour vous servir les Chambres mériterait également un petit rafraîchissement porte de fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas etc. Piscine extérieur à refaire carrelage défectueux carreaux de carrelage au fond de la piscine jets défectueux et ne marchant pas

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The room I was assigned was swelteringly hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. With the temperature outside reaching a scorching 39 degrees Celsius, the room felt like a stifling 35 degrees. It was evident that the hotel was aware of the inadequate air conditioning as the provided blankets were as thin as bedsheets, providing no warmth whatsoever. When I approached the staff and requested a different room with a functioning AC, I was disappointed to find that the situation was no different. The lack of action taken by the hotel to address this issue was disheartening. It’s clear that they were aware of the problem but failed to provide a suitable solution. Considering the uncomfortable conditions and the hotel’s disregard for guest comfort, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. Save your money and seek out a more accommodating hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and provides proper amenities.
