두 토리(Hotel Due Torri)

老式的酒店，以前這地方應該很熱鬧，一圈有不下幾十家賓館。服務員也不多，應該是虧本經營了

We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We tried the restaurant one evening but the food was not that great and service was quite lousy ( they forgot the dishes, did not bring us knives to eat cheese…). Same with the breakfast which did not offer a full buffet (as expected in such a hotel). In short, we fell short on our expectations in this hotel. Concerning the massages that we had, they were OK ( not the best that we had) but there was a lack of personnel at the SPA reception ( very often, nobody was there to cater to the guests…). Also, there was not enough seats around the outside pool and we had to carry our own from inside …

The hotel is the last of the truly vintage Italian 5* hotels. They don't came like this anymore. Very rare to came by a 5* property in Italy these days. It's a real classy property for the elite. Rooms are very large. High end furnishings. The property gives off a vibe of an era of long gone in Italy. The service, layout and setup of the restaurant is immaculate. The chief maitre( Mr. Daniel is a true professional in his field. You certainly won't find them anywhere anymore.) My salute to the property management that's still maintaining this level of class and service. I highly recommend this property to those elite who seeks and values the 5* hospitality experience.

Closed to refit

Hotel bello, tenuto bene, ottima pulizia, giardino, zona piscina e spa molto curata. Personale in reception e ai piani gentile ed educato. La parte dolente è la ristorazione: a colazione non offre nulla più di un tre stelle, personale di sala non preparato, cibo mediocre. Sicuramente c'è spazio per migliorare.

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

atmosfera, fascino, funzionalità, professionalità, abbiamo trovato in questo Hotel, di passaggio per la montagna, due notti in una camera spaziosa dotata di tutto, cene gourmet dai sapori unici, risotto, filetto di branzino sublime, dolci di alta pasticceria, piscine accoglienti e getti tutti funzionali, particolarmente apprezzata la presenza del Direttore, visto ovunque, non chiuso in stanza, segno di attenzione massima al cliente.

Hotel molto bello, camera grande, comoda e confortevole, piscina e spa bellissime; personale dell'hotel molto gentile e professionale, cucina ottima. Un hotel dove riposare, stare bene e rilassarsi. Da ritornarci. Lo consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere dei momenti di relax in un ambiente accogliente.

Dopo alcuni anni siamo tornati in questo hotel a 5 stelle ( sulla carta) Non è cambiato nulla; arredamenti vetusti nelle zone comuni e spa (sauna etc) sottodimensionate rispetto alla capienza dell’hotel. Arredamenti delle camera non funzionali e comunque perlomeno datati. Ristorante senza buffet; neppure per verdure, frutta e formaggi etc Anche il pane viene servito al tavolo, con evidenti rallentamenti del servizio Pietanze non a livello di 5 stelle ne per qualità e neppure per presentazione. Colazione discreta anche se per avere prosciutto crudo (a buffet solo salame e cotto) bisogna pagare un supplemento. Non si capisce a che titolo l’hotel rientri nei 5 stelle
