A beautiful family-friendly neighborhood right between historic downtown St. Augustine (1 mile) and the Atlantic Ocean at Anastasia Island State Park Beach (2 miles). There is also a chimenea for backyard fires on chilly nights and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand from the beach. For your information, there are motion-activated security cameras on the outside of the house covering the front of the property and the driveway.
