With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches! The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room.
