There is also a pullout couch in the den area and full-size air mattress to accommodate additional guests. located only 10 minutes from Melbourne beach, 30 mins from cocoa beach, 4 minutes from Melbourne airport, 5 minutes from the mall and 2 minutes from a Publix grocery store. The yard is completely fenced in and features a hammock, fire pit and palm trees providing shade. The pool goes from 3ft to 7ft and life jackets are provided. There is a propane (propane not included) and charcoal grill available.
