Cold temperatures may impact the pool heaters ability to maintain the desired temperature. No refunds will be offered due to the weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.! Inside you'll find an open concept living space where dining area, kitchen and living room have been newly furnished with luxurious deep seat couches and lounge chairs, original hardwood floors add to the charm. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are provided along with basic toiletries. Decor has been collected over time and obtained from local artists for a unique old Florida style.Down the hall you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and large closets. The Master bathroom has been newly updated. Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Climb up the spiral staircase to the quaint loft which has 2 twin beds.The cottage is in a terrific location, immediately east of Gulf Drive, a quick 200-yard walk will bring you right to the white-sand beach. With Pine Avenue and the village of Anna Maria 2 short blocks to the north, you can walk to everything. Pine Avenue offers restaurants, shopping, community theater, historic Roser Church, and the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum. A free trolley is available to get you around the entire island all the way south to Coquina Beach.
