the hotel is really nice and the people really kind. it´s a little far from siesta key, lido key or st petes. but a great stay where everithing we asked for was possible.

Easy to get access to shops on Anna Marie. Lots of parking. Inside very clean. Our room had great view of Marina and Ocean. Front desk was very helpful with addressing our needs. Would recommend.

The hotel was very nice with great amenities. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay and marina, and I definitely recommend getting an upper floor room to enjoy the view. While the hotel is not located directly on the beach, it is only a 2-3 minute drive to the public beach area, and the area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. The breakfast they offer is the best hotel breakfast we have seen in a long time, and included several hot food options as well as fresh fruit in addition to the typical bagels, muffins, etc. Overall we loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

This is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We travel a lot and not only were we happy and comfortable here, but the staff was so accommodating, professional and friendly. The food was great, beds were comfy, our dogs were welcomed, and the view on the balcony make this such a great hotel. We are moving here for the winter and were staying at Compass Hotel while we waited for our new place to be ready. We will not only recommend this hotel but we will absolutely be staying here in the future.

Just a few minutes drive to AMI beach. We had the king suite, which was fine. There could be more lighting in the main area, it was a little dark in there at night. The breakfast was fairly decent for a free hotel breakfast, they did a good job of replenishing and keeping the food hot. I do think the "resort fee" is a bit ridiculous, there wasn't anything offered to us as far as any extra amenities, yet we were charged a per night fee. It's a hotel, not a resort.

This is a great hotel situated on the sound. There are two places on the property to eat and drink, but we preferred the bar/restaurant in the hotel. Matt, our bartender was fabulous!! The room itself was roomy and clean. It has a fridge but no microwave (although there is a small microwave in the lobby gift shop available). Location was easy on easy off to head over the Anna Maria island. I would definitely recommend. The wings… were amazing. The were crusty on the outside, but so moist on the inside.

Very clean room, great breakfast with helpful friendly service. No apps on tv (can't sign in to your prime or hulu account to watch movies). Great restaurant next door.
