Downstairs you will find a gourmet Kitchen Aid kitchen with all the accessories including a Keurig coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils and accessories that you need to provide gourmet meals including a great selection of quality spices. A modern smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos stereo system will suit even the most discriminating visitors. A 2015 King size bed and two very nice bunk beds provide sleeping comfort for up to 4 guests in the lower level. The living room opens up to the tropical outdoor environment through 2 sets of hurricane impact sliding glass doors. Upstairs you will find a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with Acacia hardwood flooring. Smart TV's with Netflix and Sonos is also available upstairs and downstairs. Another set of expansive sliding glass doors open up to the veranda where you can sit and soak in what is going on outside or wave at the boats going by. The upstairs master boasts a 2015 Luxury King size bed with sliding doors to the second floor balcony will have you waking up to beautiful sunrises every morning while sitting in the custom lifeguard chairs. The second bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds which are big enough for adults to sleep in comfort. I know you will really enjoy my home and the extra surprises that I provide which I don’t even mention here but you will not forget and appreciate. I include papper towels, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, spices, ice maker and much more that other rentals do not.
