I'll update as I know any impact this may have on our condo and your stay (as the balcony will need to be painted)• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2021 (down to the studs)• All tv’s are wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The great room tv is tilt-able and also has basic cable with OnDemand options• The dining room table seats 6 plus an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen island• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need• The main bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, drawers as well has hangers in the closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower• The guest room offers a queen-sized bed on the bottom and 2 twin bunk beds above. The hall bath, with bathtub, offers direct access into this room, creating a second “suite” if desired.• You’ll find a washer/dryer upfront in the hall closet• Beach chairs and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)Guest accessYou will have full access to the entire unit and amenities, including the heated pool, BBQ area, and picnic tables. Take advantage of the covered parking on ground floor or find additional parking on the 1st floor. You’ll find grocery stores, liquor stores, and beach shops nearby. Looking for something to do?
