톡소티스 호텔 아파트먼트(Toxotis Hotel)

When you look closely, the hotel is quite rough around the edges. There's a gap in the lift doors so you can see through to the lift shaft, some of the hotel room doors have a panel roughly nailed on, the grouting in the bathroom is a little rough as are some of the walls, and the gap between the sink and the door was tiny to squeeze through in our room. That being said, the rooms were clean, the housekeepers made the beds, swept and mopped and provided plenty of fresh towels daily. The toiletries were a nice touch. Meals were nice but we were a bit disappointed that Greek/Cypriot night didn't have Gyros, Moussaka, Stifado or Afelia. The kids choices were very limited, either fish fingers (more like fish cakes) or nuggets every day. The kids were bored of that unfortunately. What was served was fresh and well presented. Bar snacks were okay however the burgers were half a burger in size (literally chopped in half). The drinks were okay, no issues there. The kids loved the waterslides and there were plenty of sun beds around the kids pool for us. Some of the other patrons were rude, pushed in the food lines and jumped in the lift ahead of us when we were waiting or tried to reserve sunbeds with towels. Most were lovely though. One or two of the staff seemed like they didn't wanna be there however lots of the staff were friendly and loved that we made the effort to say some things in Greek to them. The cats were lovely but beware of the grey one, it'll snatch food with it's claws! :)

Had good intentions for this hotel going off the reviews but feeling slightly let down. I felt only certain staff members were nice; the restaurant supervisor(unsure of his name) and the young guy with tattoos the rest were quite ignorant and would speak about you. The food that we had was nice but it gets quite repetitive and you would struggle if you were fussy or had fussy children. I did end up with food poisoning but unsure if I caught it from here and I also ended up with conjunctivitis which I haven’t had since I was a young kid so unsure of the cleanliness.

Had such a good time here. The staff are so friendly and work very hard. The rooms are cleaned every day. When we arrived there were toiletries in the bathroom. The food is good, slightly limited if you’re a fussy eater but there is something for everyone. The snack bar has lots of food choice too. The hotel is in walking distance from the beach (20-30 mins) and shops (5-10 mins). The stray cats at the hotel were my favourite part. I enjoyed getting some cat food from the nearest shop and feeding them. They also enjoyed some fresh water. Please look after those cats if you’re an animal lover like me!

I really recommend this hotel. There is nothing bad to say about it. Lovely people very clean rooms. Super friendly stuff beautiful view. Very relaxing place to stay. Great food very friendly people working for you so you can enjoy your vacation for 100%

Was not impressed with the food at all. It was a theme night every night and if you didn’t like that theme there ( I.e. Chinese , Italian or others) then there was no alternative. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. We felt we was forced to eat out most nights due to lack of choice. Room was very clean at all times and hotel is in a great location.

Stayed at Toxotis last year with my Sister and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Said to Demetrious that we would be back. This time we were a group of 4 and our 3 rooms were all together. The maid Sophia kept our rooms spotless and we got clean towels everyday. As for the food, I can honestly say there was plenty to choose from and tasty. I am a Vegetarian/Diabetic and somewhat fussy eater, but I always had a full plate of food to eat. The staff - Costa, Mario, Carlos, Constanti all hard workers, polite and friendly. And Demetrius is such a lovely guy. Always busy - busy on the go, but took the time to have a chat with us When we checked out at noon our wristband was not removed and we still enjoyed the food and drink. We are definitely going again next year. We enjoy Small and Friendly Hotels. William, Carole, Richard and Julie.

Fantastic staff very hard working long hours. They can't do enough for you. Dimitris and all restaurant staff. Reception was excellent. I didn't like my room and they changed it immediately no problem. The food is excellent. There is no night entertainment but that didn't bother me. Hotel very clean. Beach abit to far for my liking. Not alot for children to do. Thankyou for being kind and friendly towards me.

This is the worst all-inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in. Well to say all-inclusive when food is only available at set meal times, the hotel (in the loosest sence of the word) only has one bar that frequently runs out of alcoholic drinks and is the only place to get ice cream (mini lollies) when they actually have them. Our party had 3 rooms, all overlooking bins that were emptied in the early hours of the morning. One very basic pool , no communal spaces except the outside bar. We came last year and the place has gone down the pan !

My friend and I stayed at Toxotis this week, all inclusive. There was a small fault with the company we booked with that they hadn't sent the booking to the hotel. The hotel staff were quick to sort it as we had the booking confirmation to hand and got a room sorted straight away. Such a lovely hotel, food is amazing, staff will do as much as possible to make you feel as comfortable as possible. It's a very clean hotel too. Thank you for making our holiday nice and relaxing!
