We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks at the Toxotis. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Demetri the manager. He was always available for staff and guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their holiday. Any requests or issues addressed immediately. Marcel the entertainer was so good with adults and children alike and always smiling. The only thing I would change is the children’s food options as my son is a fussy eater and some days just ate chips. We had a great holiday and look forward to returning asap!

I just can’t understand why this hotel is rated so highly by other guests. It needs an urgent overhaul. I guess if you can get a cheap deal then it’s okay but otherwise there are much better places to stay. Some good things: The food is decent, all inclusive drinks weren’t bad. The bedrooms are clean with a free safe and air con. Shower room also modern and functional. There are water slides for kids. Enough sun beds. Staff are pleasant. But the negatives probably outweigh the positives. The whole hotel is down at heel and public areas are depressing.. The reception area is shabby and uninviting, dead plants outside. Restaurant is like a works canteen. The toilets by the pool bar are acceptable but the only others are down outside steps into a smelly dungeon like area. There are showers down there but I can’t believe anyone would want to use them. Our room was tiny with absolutely no storage. Very uncomfortable beds. A few wire hangers!! The shower room was so small that if someone opened the door when you were on the loo they’d have knocked you out. Minuscule balcony you wouldn’t want to sit out on. No carpet and bare walls on corridors make it very noisy when people move around. No bar inside the hotel building - if you want a drink in the evening you have to schlepp all the way to the far side of the pool. As many others have said there are steps up to the bar with no hand rail (why not just fit one?!) and while we were there we saw two people trip and fall. There is a ramp round the back of the bar but it’s not obvious and there’s still a drop off at the side which isn’t that visible at night. There is only ever one staff member on so they are reluctant to give you a proper glass. I understood that glass can’t be allowed round the pool but little disposable cups really are horrible from any point of view. No entertainment unless you count the noise from the pub singer in a neighbouring bar! The hotel location isn’t attractive, but not far to walk to the pretty beach area and boardwalk.

Great holiday, great hotel and the most amazing staff❤️ Dimitri and Dinos couldn't do enough for us. Great time - great value for money, but take a few coat hangers with you!! The food is fantastic and Tuesdays Asian night was awesome. Would recommend

Staff make the experience at this hotel.Reservations lady changed our room, bar staff friendly & efficent, restaurant servers (moullers?) & maitre de (diametri) were both excellent. Salads & meat choice amazing, plenty to eat & variety. Housekeeping very good. Beds too hard for my liking. Room 402 great views & size.

we had a wonderful time at Toxotis hotel. the food was excellent and varied for a fairly small hotel. restaurant and bar staff were extremely attentive and friendly. special thanks to Dimitri who understood our need for red wine at room temperature and provided a professional and friendly service to make our stay perfect!

Dimitri was extremely attentive and made the visit an enjoyable experience. God food, friendly, helpful staff. Reception helped us with a more comfortable room. Good location not too far from the beach with a bus stop very close by. Clean pool.
