The property includes a 400 sq. ft. private balcony porch overlooking the Gulf and a 850 sq. ft. unit which accommodates two adults in a private suite and up to an additional 4 young people with a second small bunk bed room and a living room with two chair sleepers. The living room includes a kitchnette with sink, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker and microwave. The Jack & Jill bathroom arrangement gives each sleeping area a private 1/2 bath and access to a common shower area which can be secured for privacty.
