ホテルはArras駅からすぐで、フロントの方たちはとても親切でした。お部屋もとても綺麗でした！お部屋には歯ブラシなどのアメニティは置いていませんでしたが、もし忘れてしまってもフロントの方にお願いすればいただけると書いていました！ビュッフェ朝食つきで、ヨーグルトやシリアル、パン屋、チーズ、果物とドリンクもコーヒーやお茶ジュースに加え生搾りオレンジジュースの機械もありました！チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて電車の時間までゆっくり観光できました。'

'Nice hotel, strategically located just outside the old city centre. Service is good. There's an underground garag, that is not very clearly advertised on the hotel website and marked on the road as the Holiday Inn garage. The bar is absolutely wonderful with very nice staff. I enjoyed my stay here and will come again'

리리뷰어Very friendly and helpful team. The evening meal was excellent, had to leave early and missed breakfast. Perfect location to get the Eurotunnel, so very close. Room, bed and shower were all okay but why give you the kettle and English tea and no milk. Missed this and wish I had thought to check and ask for milk before bed, there is a fridge. Simply too tired from the long drive. Good location, with full electric vehicle chargers, peaceful and quiet.

EEddyEen goed gelegen hotel, kamers proper en een goed bed. Ideaal voor korte verblijven, of om een vroege oversteek te maken naar Engeland.
Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten, maar lokaal wel enkele mogelijkheden om te eten.
Jammer genoeg ontbreekt voor mij de mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie of thee te maken.

리리뷰어Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price.
No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

NNick the bikerI was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this budget motel. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the central heating was effective. (I was cold after a long motorcycle journey, so the warmth was very welcome)
Yes, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear outside. But this is easily remedied if you wear earplugs to sleep.
I had a great night’s rest and enjoyed the reasonably priced breakfast (extra charge) which set me up nicely for the rest of the day.

리리뷰어몇 밤 동안 머물기에 좋습니다. 모든 해변과 마을에 중심. 우리는 현대적이고 깨끗하지만 조금 작은 우수한 방을 예약했습니다. 욕실은 기능적이고 깨끗하지만 다시 매우 작습니다. 미니 휴식을 위해 머리를 내리기에 좋은 곳입니다. 청소기에서 리셉션까지 친절하고 도움이되는 모든 직원. 스탑 오버 또는 몇 밤을 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어Front desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.

Pas de télécommande donc pas top pour regarder la télé de dans le lit et image déréglée.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de prise électrique à la tête de lit ( pour brancher l'appareil de l'apnée du sommeil par exemple).
Par contre le réceptionniste était accueillant et agréable
