CCJ50I’m really not sure how to review this one night stay. The room itself once we finally got in, was decent. Good shower, very comfy bed, good location, good parking. However, we turned up just before 6pm and we got into our room around 8.15pm. During the middle part of this, we got very wet trying to get a reply from the ‘hotel’ buzzer, spent a lot of money on phone calls to the ‘owner/manager’ and thought a lot about where else we could stay overnight because we were clearly not going to get into the hotel we had booked. It was a complete mess. No response from the buzzer and no response from the 2 phone numbers we were given. Having made 20+ calls, we eventually got a call back with lots of (quite complex) instructions on how to get our key, where the room was located (different location) and - specifically because I asked how to get through the gate of the new location - an explanation as to how to actually get into the car park entrance to our room.
This really isn’t what you want for a one night stay when you’ve driven 300 miles that day. Breakfast is not a buffet - as advertised when we booked - but a few random bits in your room. I have no idea if these are changed for the next guest.
Trip.com couldn’t or wouldn’t help - I’m really not sure - and the owner was not contactable. I’ve had no apology since. The explanation we were given as we stood outside in the rain was that the person ‘had been in a meeting’. They may need to review their reception processes. The reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because the person who finally rang us to tell us what to do, was lovely and the room was pretty good (air con needed, but otherwise a good room).

하루에 1시간의 SPA가 포함되어 있지만 슬롯에 주의를 기울여야 합니다(결국 SPA를 눈이 멀게 하지 않고 휴식을 허용함).

Mmiss banzaiIt was a great stay, good value for money. The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and clean with a holiday vibe located in a forest park. It even had a balcony. It's located an amusement park, so very great for a stay cation. They had you can drink coffee/tea/water at the lobby which was convenient for me when I was working after checking out. There is also nice gastro restaurant next to the hotel. Totally recommend it :)

No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

리리뷰어채널 터널 근처에 이상적으로 위치해 있기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 말 그대로 차로 약 5분. 내 유일한 문제는 체크인 할 때였습니다. 나는 내 예약이 지불되지 않았다는 말을 듣고 7 시간을 운전하여 매우 피곤했습니다! 나는 100% 지불했고 나는 그들에게 보여줄 영수증을 가지고 있었지만 마침내 trip.com이 돈을 보냈다는 것을 알기 위해 약 30 분이 걸렸습니다. 이때까지 나는 너무 피곤해서 울고 있었고 나는 단지 내 방으로 가고 싶었다. 둘 다 프랑스어로 말하고 있다는 점을 염두에두고 그들이 무엇을 말하는지 전혀 몰랐습니다. 정말 스트레스가 많았습니다. 나는 trip.com 메시지를 보냈고 그들은 매우 도움이되었고 문제는 그 후 몇 분 안에 분류되었습니다. 그래서 나는 처음에 그것을하고 싶었지만 그 시점에서 문제가 무엇인지 확신하지 못했습니다. 그들을 이해할 수 없었습니다. 같은 문제를 가진 부부도 내 뒤에있었습니다. 일단 그것을 극복하면 호텔 자체는 절대적으로 괜찮 았습니다. 나는 리셉션에 다시 갔고 그 여성은 나에게 방향 등을 알려주는 데 정말 도움이되었습니다. 나는 아침을 먹지 않았기 때문에 그것에 대해 언급 할 수 없지만 몇 유로에 기계에서 핫 초콜릿을 얻었고 정말 좋았습니다. 방은 꽤 작았지만 다음날 여행 전날 밤 잠을 잘 곳 처럼 나를 괴롭히지 않았습니다. 나는 샤넬 터널에 편리하기 위해 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어몇 밤 동안 머물기에 좋습니다. 모든 해변과 마을에 중심. 우리는 현대적이고 깨끗하지만 조금 작은 우수한 방을 예약했습니다. 욕실은 기능적이고 깨끗하지만 다시 매우 작습니다. 미니 휴식을 위해 머리를 내리기에 좋은 곳입니다. 청소기에서 리셉션까지 친절하고 도움이되는 모든 직원. 스탑 오버 또는 몇 밤을 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어Front desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.
