We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was clean, attractively decorated, cute commissary, great bars. We did not try the restaurant but it appeared lovely. The reason I did not give a high rating to the facility was the room lighting was terrible. There were small bedside lights and a small lamp up high on a shelf. When it was dark outside the room was barely illuminated with all lights on! And the bathroom lights were also very dim—even with the shower light on. Fortunately there was a lighted magnified mirror so I could apply makeup!

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. 아주 좋은 방과 아주 좋은 서비스. 나는 잘못된 방을 분명히 예약했지만 프론트 데스크 직원 Josh는 내가 찾던 것을 새로 만들었고 (우리가 온라인으로 예약하기 전에 전화했기 때문에) 그는 우리가 도착했을 때 그 방을 사용할 수 있도록 메모를 남겼습니다. 추가 단계에 감사드립니다. ❤️

We had a great stay. The location as excellent with an easy walk to restaurants and bars and and the baseball stadium just behind. Hot tub was hot and pool was great. We got last minute tickets on the front row to see the Bats. Top tip, free on street parking after 5pm until 10am to the side of the hotel and $10 parking all day opposite the stadium - only 3 mins walk. Hotel parking is reasonable but we were on a budget!

Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

We booked this room for 4 PEOPLE. All booking sites including staybridges own website state, a queen studio room, can accommodat 4 people . It does not. It barely fits 3. It is set up with 3 knives. 3 forks, 3 towels, 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 wine glasses, 3 drinking glasses. We had to buy air matress for our daughter to sleep on. Would book again based on cleanliness and amount of things offered. But room accommodation is misleading.

It took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
