Our stay at the Drury was excellent. There was a little delay in your check in , but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. There were two employees specifically who made our experience that much more better. Every person we came in contact with was extremely friendly. The manager Rochelle and employee Twinky were truly the highlight of our stay. The 530 kick back was just an added blessing on our trip. We loved our stay here.

깨끗하고 조용하며 따뜻한 아침 식사

나는 지난 주말에 딸과 함께이 호텔에 머물렀다 7/29. 우리가 도착했을 때 우리는 정말로 피곤했고 곧장 잠자리에 들었다. 다음날 아침 나는 몇 가지 주요 문제를 깨달았고 프론트 오피스에 대해 이야기했습니다. 나는 근무 중인 Custodial 관리자에게 비디오와 사진을 보냈습니다. 그녀는 매우 사과했고 프론트 데스크에서 일하는 여성도 마찬가지였습니다. 하지만 매니저가 코리라고 생각하니 나왔다.... 그의 태도는 끔찍했다. 사실 그가 들어가는 것을 보고 더 일찍 매니저인지 몰랐는데 '좋은 아침'이라고 하면 계속 걸었다. 그래서 아마도 그는 나쁜 하루를 보내고 있었을 것입니다.. REGARDLESS, 그것은 내 잘못이 아닙니다. 그는 나에게 몇 가지 포인트를 주겠다고 제안했지만 내가 가진 문제에 대해 그것은 전혀 충분하지 않았습니다!! 내가 만족하지 않는다는 사실을 표현한 후에도 그는 다른 일을 하려고 노력하지 않았습니다. 그리고 나는 그것을 좋은 방식으로 말했지만, 나는 나쁜 태도 외에는 아무것도받지 못했습니다! 나는 아침 식사 레이디가 탁월했기 때문에 비디오를 공유하지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 연인이었습니다. 그러나 그 관리자는 최악의 👎🏾이었습니다.

매우 깨끗하고 조용하며 도로에서 떨어져 있어 소음이 최소화됩니다.

모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 나는 잠을 잘 단단한 매트리스가 필요하고 매트리스는 내 딸에게 매우 편안했지만 밤새 잠을 자기에는 좋지 않았습니다. 진심으로 바닥에서 잤으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 필요한 경우에 대비하여 침대 하나에 사용할 수 있는 매우 단단한 매트리스가 있는 방이 적어도 하나는 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 😂😂. 또한 첫날 아침에 데드볼트가 문을 잠그지 않아 고정해 달라고 요청했습니다. 데스크의 아주머니는 유지 보수가 그것을 고칠 것이라고 말했고 우리가 그날 밤 나중에 돌아왔을 때 여전히 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 그래서 우리가 가진 것은 안전 걸쇠뿐이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 예의 바르고 다른 모든 것은 훌륭했습니다.

Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

離機場不遠，周邊配套設施完善，購物和餐飲都很方便，總體很熱鬧。 房間設施屬於正常範圍，不是很新，但維護得還不錯。 房間還算乾淨，有些地方有些灰。 前台比較和善，進出都微笑打招呼。 早餐中規中矩，健身房也是屬於能用。 比較意外的是，房間裏的咖啡機比較簡陋，也沒有微波爐。

3층 기계실 옆에 소음이 있고 위층에 발소리가 있어 체중이 가볍지 않은 것으로 추정된다. 다행히 주변 환경이 비교적 조용하고 출장에 지쳐 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 일찍 가야하며 8시 30 분경에 잔액이 부족하기 시작합니다. 도시로 옮겨보니 사우스에 콘센트가 있었습니다. 맞아요 길 건너편에 타겟 와플 하우스가 있습니다.

The staff was nice, especially the man who was there in the mornings. The TV and phone didn’t work in the first room so they moved us to another room. The second room was good overall but the deadbolt didn’t turn/didn’t work, so that was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, assorted pastries, coffee, and juice. The floor in the lobby and hall was pretty sticky. There was an unpleasant smell in some places, especially in the bathroom of the first room, but I think it might be from a cleaning product. It’s across the street from Kroger, so the location is convenient.
