This hotel exceeded every expectation of ours. The staff are incredibly kind, smiling and want to make u feel the happiest and most satisfied 24/7. The interior design of the hotel is breathtaking and very spacious and neat. We really really loved this hotel and I wished we had extended the stay there. The service was excellent from the moment we got into the hotel . The view of Mount Kilimanjaro is fantastic from their rooftop bar. Good place to stay at getting ready to climb Kili and for rest when you come down.

酒店的位置還不錯，樓頂可以看到乞力馬扎羅山，雖然沒有電梯，工作人員幫拿行李，非常熱情，早餐也不錯，就是設施老舊，地漏很慢，洗澡下水困難，不過能夠理解，酒店斑馬可是真皮標本哦，還有中國元素的花瓶
