The aesthetic and vibe of the hotel is first class. The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Small boutique hotel with few rooms make it bit more cosy and personal. The room was clean, spacious worth the price. There's a cafe right beside the lobby which serve a good coffee.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 하트야이 시내 중심에 있어서 어디든 가기 편했어요. 쇼핑몰 위에 호텔이 있고, 바로 옆에 야시장도 있어서 먹고 구경하고 즐기기에 완벽했습니다. 시설은 좀 낡았지만 깨끗했고, 서비스도 좋았어요. 프런트 직원 중에 중국어 조금 하시는 분도 계셨습니다.

알아야 할 사항 이 호텔은 객실당 보증금 500바트를 징수하며 말레이시아 돈을 사용하여 RM50를 지불할 수도 있습니다. 체크아웃하기 전에 객실을 확인합니다(얼룩진 침대 시트/플러그/기타). 바디워시와 샴푸를 제공하고 있어요 냉장고 있음 DTV 및 ATV 채널이 있지만 변경하는 방법을 모르겠습니다. 온수기와 에어컨이 잘 작동함 발코니가 있었고 방과 발코니에서는 흡연이 금지되었습니다. 그들은 수다방 공간, 무료 온수 및 커피를 하루 종일 제공합니다. 주차장과 엘리베이터가 있습니다

Remas Hotel Hat Yai – Stay Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Remas Hotel Hat Yai. Overall, this is one of the hotels we would definitely consider staying at again. Room: The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable. I really appreciated having a private balcony and bathtub, which made the stay feel more relaxing. The Smart TV was also a great addition and provided good entertainment during our downtime. For a larger room, I think it would be even better if the hotel provided additional pillows, especially for guests travelling with family. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was one of my favourite parts of the hotel. It was very nice, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciated the facilities around the pool, including separate restrooms for men and women and a divider between the men’s and women’s pool areas. This was especially convenient and comfortable for Muslim guests and families. Parking: The hotel has a large parking area, which was very convenient. Although it is not directly beside the hotel entrance, it is still within a reasonable walking distance and did not cause any inconvenience during my stay. Muslim-Friendly Facilities: Another big plus is the prayer room for Muslim guests within the hotel building. Having a dedicated prayer area is a thoughtful facility and makes the hotel more convenient for Muslim travellers. Location: The hotel is quite far from the city centre, but personally, I found this to be a positive rather than a negative. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful, and calming, making it a great place to relax away from the busy city. Staff & Service: The reception team and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. Overall A highly recommended hotel for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Hat Yai. The spacious room, balcony, bathtub, Smart TV, clean swimming pool, large parking area, and Muslim-friendly prayer facilities were all great features. The location may be a little far from the city, but if you have your own transportation and prefer a quiet and relaxing environment, I think it is worth considering. I would definitely stay at Remas Hotel again if I get the opportunity. 👍

새로운 시설은 깨끗합니다. 입지도 리가든 플라자에서 가깝고 불편함은 없습니다. 중국풍 발코니도 편안합니다. 핫야이에서는 드물게 창문이 열립니다. 다만, 방 정보 그대로입니다만, 방은 넓지 않습니다. 특히 샤워 부스가 ... 작네요. 슬림한 태국의 사람은 문제 없을지도 모릅니다만. 주차장은 작고 6대분밖에 없습니다. 게다가 멈추기 힘들다. 1대는 호텔 전보도에 정차하고 있었습니다. 핫야이라면 차가 없으면 불편하니까, 거기는 마이너스 포인트군요. 나중에 세탁 서비스가없는 것 같습니다. 가까이에 세탁 숍인것 같은 것은 있습니다만, 방콕이나 파타야와 같은 1킬로당 100바트등이 아니라 일본과 비교해도 비싸네요. 핫야이의 거리 그 자체가 그런 것일지도 모르지만, 1-2박 정도의 단기 스테이에 향하고 있는 것 같아요.

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

WiFi: 9/10 SpeedTest 앱에서 다운로드 속도 188-380Mbps / 업로드 속도 162-406Mbps 에어컨: 10/10 섭씨 28도에서 설정, 방을 시원하게 식힐 만큼 충분히 춥습니다. 샤워 편안함: 7/10 절수 샤워 헤드로 인해 물 출력이 다소 제한적입니다. 샤워 공간이 충분히 넓습니다. 샤워 공간에 슬라이딩 도어가 없어 샤워할 때 물이 변기 공간으로 흘러갑니다. 위치: 7/10 관광 명소와 가깝지 않습니다. 도보로 오래 걸으면(2km) Grab을 이용하세요(글을 쓸 당시 약 70THB) 근처에 아침 이동식 음식 노점이 있습니다(오전 6시 30분~오전 9시) 근처에 작은 지역 레스토랑이 있습니다. 대중교통이 없습니다(제가 알아차렸습니다) 근처에 작은 미니마트(Vogue Supermarket) Big-C 슈퍼마켓, 푸드코트, 쇼핑몰까지 도보로 15분 방콕 병원 맞은편 방콕 병원의 7-Eleven 매장은 글을 쓸 당시 리노베이션을 위해 문을 닫았습니다. 고객 서비스: 8/10 리셉션 직원이 손님을 맞이하지 않습니다. 대부분 휴대전화를 보고 있습니다. 일반적으로 대화할 때 정중합니다. 주차: 게스트 주차장 없음 ReviewedCompared Com/HatYai에서 더 많은 리뷰와 팁 팁 및 기타 정보: Google 지도를 통해 예약하여 최저가 찾기 체크인 시 키에 대한 500THB 현금 보증금 필요 체크인 시 여권 사본 촬영 Diana Shopping Complex에서 왕복 무료 셔틀 버스. 리셉셔니스트에게 주문 요청.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Nice rooms! But u will need to bring own hair dryer incase the hotel run out of hair dryers~ the whole experience is nice. Staff are all friendly and they are happy to help all customers

Good location and not too close to the chaotic city centre. The check in was smooth. The room was quite spacious and had a balcony although it was aging. Wifi could be improved in terms of both strength and speed. Anyway, I can recommend S.C. Heritage for a short stay in Hat Yai.
