KKarlosHuskI stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

CChunfeng22259객실은 매우 편안했고, 뜨거운 물이 충분히 나와서 기분 좋게 샤워할 수 있었습니다. 서비스는 따뜻하고 환영하는 분위기였고, 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 과일, 빵, 치즈 등이 포함된 서양식 아침 식사였습니다. 자전거 투어를 하던 중이라 자전거를 타고 호텔에 도착했습니다. 호텔에는 카드 출입 시스템이 설치된 자전거 전용 주차장이 있어서 매우 안전했고, 자전거 도난 걱정이 많았던 저희에게는 안심이 되었습니다.

리리뷰어Goede service bij inchecken en uitchecken waar ik heel uitgebreide en zorgzame uitleg heb gekregen.
Omdat ik twee nachten heb gereserveerd mocht ik later check-out gratis krijgen.
Locatie is vrij strategisch alleen de lift was nog steeds stuk toen ik daar gelogeerd heb (gelukkig dat ik een kamer op de 1ste verdieping heb gekregen)
De kamer is ruim en schoon zowel de badkamer alleen dat ik het uitzicht van de dak en de achter muur kreeg vanuit mijn kamer. Niet hinderlijk voor mij maar zou ik volgende keer willen vragen voor een kamer die betere uitzicht heeft, als dit mogelijk is.

리리뷰어This hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.

건물로 처음 건물을 봤을 땐 카페인 줄 알았어요.
오래된 건물이고 실용위주라 화장실과 샤워실은
최소한의 공간으로만 사용하나 봅니다.
깨끗하고 불편한 건 없어요.
신도시의 화려한 호텔숙소와는 완전 다르지만
만족했습니다. 그럼에도 가격은 저렴하지 않아 그게 좀 아쉬워요. 호텔조식은 빵과 커피, 사과와 오렌지
