Positives: Clean, Spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish i was staying longer so i could use the kitchen. Everything in the apartment worked well. It’s on the top floor (3rd floor). Nice Location in a leafy neighbourhood not far from the main street. Negatives: No lifts. The shower drain didn’t work well so it flooded every time the shower was in use. Will Definitely stay here again if I return to Chisinau.

Hotel is OK clean good location breakfast no good selection. Only à la carte and restaurant is too expensive for the food you get staff very friendly. only minus is the TV channels only news channel who repeats himself every every 10 minutes is in English and all the rest is Russian

호텔 위치는 훌륭하지만 직원들의 서비스와 친절도는 매우 형편없습니다. 두 젊은 여성이 리셉션 데스크에 앉아 대부분 휴대폰으로 바쁘게 지냅니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 중에도 동시에 휴대폰을 만지작거리고 있었습니다. 게다가 대화 중에는 눈을 마주치지 않고 앉아만 있었습니다. 투숙객으로서는 오히려 방해받는 기분이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 좋았습니다. 다만 커피와 차는 바에서 직접 가져와야 했습니다. 주문은 지루한 신음 소리와 함께 확인되었습니다. 다시 한번 말하지만, 고객 중심적인 서비스는 전혀 없었습니다. 안타깝게도 호텔 내 레스토랑인 루도(5층)는 제가 잘 보이는 테이블에 웨이터가 오지 않아 20분 정도 기다린 후 나와서 평가를 내릴 수 없습니다. 레스토랑에는 손님이 다섯 명 정도밖에 없었고, 바에는 웨이터 다섯 명이 의욕 없이 앉아 있었습니다.

Our stay at Richmond hotel was enjoyable overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Although the receptionist didn’t smile during check-in, we understand it was late at night. The rest of the staff was welcoming, and the amenities made for a pleasant stay.

It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The host, Ms Lidia was very kind and nice. The private parking was available. The location was superb.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay closer to the airport and just get some rest between travels. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Alles super, Personal sehr nett und flexibel. Würde immer wieder kommen
