As luxurious as one can expect. Beautiful place in a secluded natural environment with lavish service and delicious food. The bath are very well prepared and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. It is a hard ask but it would be nice to have some western options at breakfast. But of course this is a Japanese traditional inn yet these options would feel even more luxurious. Some of the decoration feels a bit either dated, kitsch or not being harmonious, I think they need a redesign of the furnitures are it looks more like an assemblage than a harmonious selection of decoration and furnitures. It’s a little on the weird side even sometimes! But the bedding is exceptional. You will have a great sleep at this stay!

提前溝通確認抵達時間，派人在JR閘機口等候，情緒價值拉滿。直接送到房間（算是獨棟）辦理入住，介紹房間設施後會約定第二天送早餐時間和送車站時間，完全不同為接駁擔心。從酒店會車站車程5分鐘足夠。 房間內設施齊全，咖啡機，熱水壺，保險箱都有，插座和USB充電口在床兩側，使用起來方便。衞生間有2個，浴室花灑水壓大，還有個超大泡池。唯獨沐浴液氣味不適應（配方是大米，柚子等，聞上去臭臭的）。房間空調地暖運作良好，室外零下，室內20度以上。 早餐準時送達，都選用本地食材，簡單但美味。

During winter, the road for the last 800 meters before reaching the hotel is closed, and you must walk in. Guests need to park at Okama Onsen first. Before arrival, you are required to inform the hotel of your check-in time so that a staff member can guide you on foot to the property. The staff will help carry your luggage, but if you have many bags, it’s best to inform them in advance. The highlight of this stay is definitely the walk to the hotel. You walk deep into the forest along towering walls of snow on both sides, and eventually discover the onsen hidden in the woods. It feels truly special and secluded. The lobby area is not very large, and the number of staff is quite limited, but overall the service was very good. Dinner was served at a counter bar, and the chef was extremely friendly and spoke good English. The receptionist at the lobby, who is from Taiwan, speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese fluently. She explained everything clearly, helped carry our luggage on the way out, and even assisted with clearing snow off our car. Personally, I found the public onsen area to be a bit disappointing. The floor was icy and slippery, which felt somewhat unsafe. However, the private onsen in the room was excellent — very private, spacious for an in-room bath, with a beautiful view and wonderfully fragrant mineral water. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and peaceful. Mobile signal does not work inside the hotel, but the hotel provides Wi-Fi, which was stable and fast. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, and the hotel responded to emails and accommodated our special dietary requests, which we really appreciated. The only regret was that the snow was extremely deep during our visit, making it hard to fully see and imagine the surrounding scenery.

호텔은 고풍스러운 🍽️ 온천 호텔로, 조용한 환경과 무료 주차를 자랑합니다. 웨이터가 영어를 잘 못하지만, 저희가 해결해야 할 문제들을 적극적으로 해결해 주시는 점도 좋았습니다. 호텔 밖 경사가 매우 가파르므로 운전자는 조심해야 합니다. 호텔 밖에는 매점이 없으므로 호텔 내에서 식사하셔야 합니다. 음식이 그렇게 맛있지는 않지만, 일본식 풍미가 가득하고 괜찮았습니다.

이 온천 호텔은 호수 바로 옆에 있는 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 주인은 우리에게 호수가 보이는 아름다운 방을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 평균 수준이고 시설은 새롭지는 않지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 서비스도 매우 만족스럽습니다만, 세부적으로는 아주 훌륭하다고는 할 수 없습니다. 객실 입구가 상대적으로 좁아서 캐리어를 놓기가 어렵습니다. 온천은 매우 좋고 매우 편안합니다. 저녁 식사는 괜찮았지만 아침 식사는 조금 기본적이었습니다. 일주일 동안 다자와 호수 주변을 돌아다니다 보니 운영이 중단된 여러 온천 호텔을 발견했습니다. 아마도 지난 몇 년간 전염병의 영향으로 인해 시장 공급이 감소한 반면 수요는 계속해서 발생한 것 같습니다. 따라서 현재 일본의 온천 호텔 가격은 전염병 이전보다 두 배 이상 비싸지만 서비스 품질은 전염병 이전보다 약간 낮습니다.

이 온천 호텔은 산으로 둘러싸인 우아한 환경을 갖추고 있어 상쾌합니다. 1개의 주차와 2개의 식사 준비는 매우 사려깊습니다. 저녁 식사는 신선한 현지 재료로 만들어져 절묘하고 맛있습니다. 아침 식사는 영양가가 균형 잡혀 하루를 활력을 불어넣습니다. 온천 수영장은 다양한 디자인으로 실내외에서 즐길 수 있으며 샘물은 따뜻하고 편안하며 피로를 씻어냅니다. 서비스 직원은 친절하고 세심하여 숙박 경험을 더 따뜻하게 만듭니다. 전반적으로 휴식을 취하고 음식을 맛볼 수 있어 여가를 즐기기에 좋은 곳입니다.

타자와 레이크 로즈 가든 호텔 주변은 매우 아름답고, 창문은 타자와 호수의 탁 트인 전망입니다. 타자와 호수의 타츠 지상과 우키 신사는 호텔 옆에 있습니다. 호텔 맞은 편에는 장미 정원이 있습니다. 호텔의 아침과 저녁 식사는 매우 섬세하고 맛있습니다! 다음에 Tianze Lake Rose Garden Hotel에 다시 올 것이다!

방에 최대 4개의 바닥을 놓을 수 있습니다. 면적은 여전히 매우 좋습니다. 습식과 건식으로 구분됩니다. 온천은 남녀로 분리되어 있습니다. 밤에 몸을 담글 수도 있습니다. 방에 작은 간식도 제공됩니다. 방은 꽤 깨끗합니다.
