Clean rooms and very nice staff. The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.

The map given in the mm t link not accurate. Better mention next to court. Restaurant not near by, we have to walk. Room service is good. Room is very spacious.

During the check in, they made us waited for 20 minutes even though we visited by 1:45 pm. Room was neat and clean. Visited the bar and they charged extra vat with gst which was not applicable. When asked to meet manager to get a clarification, none of them visited. Breakfast has many variety but taste was not upto the mark. During the check out they said they will charge penalty for smoking. But we didn't smoke inside the room. When asked for explanation, they again inspected the room and confirmed not smoked in the room and removed the penalty from the bill. Being the itc group, service was not up to the mark.

The hotel is very good and is in a prime area the rooms are good and there is also ample sum of place for parking the breakfast is decent i had a good time staying at the hotel staff is good
