리리뷰어I had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping
mr. Javed in the restaurant
mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers
chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food
at the front desk, ms. Swati singh and mr. Pankaj (if i recall correctly)
even the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My short visit to patna was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff at hotel maurya, and i look forward to staying here again the next time i’m in the city.

리리뷰어Will not rate it a four star hotel as mentioned in mmt but a 3 star for sure. Comfortable stay. Supportive staff. Rooms were just ok. If you claim to be a 4 star then the amenities should match your claim, especially improve breakfast spread. Even 3 star properties have more varities in breakfast then what i experienced here

Maintaining such pristine conditions clearly requires consistent effort. Guests are sure to appreciate the attention to detail and the overall inviting environment. This commitment to cleanliness and presentation enhances the overall experience. I dont have photos.

리리뷰어The hotel is small, but clean enough. if you are on a transit to some other place and just wanna spend a day or night before heading elsewhere, you may actually consider this. the bathroom is clean, which is always my first priority while selecting a place to stay outside. But mind it that it's small. The hotel must consider keeping cleaner and more presentable buckets and mugs in the bathroom. The hotel should have kept some glasses, a kettle, and a simple arrangement of self made tea and coffee for the guests in the rooms. Interestingly, the hotel has a restaurant that's a franchisee of Kapil Dev restaurant. so the eating area is actually good and the food is also okay.
