11/10 만점에 11점! 고객 관계 담당자 Dita와 Zhafira의 서비스는 정말 최고였습니다. 수영장은 환상적이었어요. 조식 뷔페는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 웰컴 젤라또는 깜짝 선물이었어요. 객실도 완벽했습니다. 모든 직원분들의 서비스는 전반적으로 흠잡을 데 없이 훌륭했습니다. 저희 결혼기념일과 딸 생일을 위한 깜짝 선물은 정말 감동적이었습니다!

최근 출장으로 세마랑에 있는 한 호텔에 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 위치가 최고였어요. 주요 비즈니스 지구와 가깝고 공항에서도 접근성이 좋아 회의 장소로 이동하기가 매우 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 조용했으며, 업무와 휴식에 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 와이파이도 빠르고 안정적이어서 화상 통화와 이메일 사용이 아주 편리했습니다. 편안한 업무 공간과 세심한 편의 시설 덕분에 더욱 생산적인 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심했으며, 체크인 과정도 간편했습니다. 조식은 다양하고 맛있었으며, 현지 음식과 세계 각국의 음식을 맛볼 수 있어 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 세마랑에서 편리함, 편안함, 그리고 믿을 수 있는 서비스를 찾는 비즈니스 여행객에게 강력 추천합니다.

카스 호텔은 시내 중심가 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에서 나와 왼쪽으로 가면 퀸 시티 몰이, 오른쪽으로 가면 폴룩스 몰 파라곤 세마랑이 있습니다. 호텔 밖에는 낮과 밤에 영업하는 현지 식당들이 있습니다. 호텔 정문을 나서면 오른쪽에 아포텍이라는 약국이 있고, 맞은편에는 가격이 합리적인 인도마트가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 호텔 청결도는 개선이 필요합니다. 옷걸이 근처와 침대 옆 탁자 주변에 먼지가 많아 물티슈로 닦아야 했습니다. 객실에는 TV 앞 테이블과 침대 옆 탁자에 각각 하나씩, 총 두 개의 램프가 있었는데, 둘 다 탁자 위에 설치되어 있어 탁자 공간을 가리는 것이 불편했습니다. 웰컴 드링크는 작은 잔에 제공되었고, 호텔 투숙객을 위한 정수기는 없었습니다. 욕실 디자인도 아쉬웠는데, 샤워 후 물이 세면대와 변기 쪽으로 흘러넘쳤습니다. 유리 칸막이가 너무 작아 물이 마른 공간으로 새어나가지 않도록 막아주지 못했습니다. 샤워기 헤드가 천장에 고정되어 있어서 몸을 깨끗이 씻기가 좀 불편했습니다. 물이 머리에서 바로 떨어졌거든요. 천장에 고정되어 있어서 샤워기 헤드 각도를 조절할 방법도 없었습니다. 저희 방(318호)은 에어컨 컴프레서 세 대 바로 옆에 있어서 다른 호텔 투숙객들이 에어컨을 켜면 밤에 소음이 너무 심했습니다. 호텔에서 그랩 앱 사용자에게 상품권을 제공했는데 프런트 데스크 직원이 알려주지 않았습니다. 마지막 날 밤에야 로비 엘리베이터 밖 호텔 TV 화면에 상품권이 나와 있는 것을 봤습니다. 아쉽게도 지난 4일 동안 스마랑에서 그랩을 이용했음에도 불구하고 10,000루피아 할인 상품권을 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 객실 관리 직원과 컨시어지 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

위치는 좋고 객실도 넓었지만 건물이 오래됐습니다. 호텔 슬리퍼는 제공되었지만 칫솔은 하나밖에 없었고, 4개의 객실을 예약했는데 욕조에 미끄럼 방지 매트가 없어서 여동생이 샤워 중에 미끄러져 넘어졌습니다. 다행히 심각한 부상은 없었고 허리와 무릎에 통증과 멍만 들었습니다. 호텔 측에서 좀 더 주의를 기울이고 관리를 잘 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 도착했을 때 객실 앞쪽 벽에서 페인트칠을 하고 있어서 불쾌한 페인트 냄새가 났습니다. 이러한 점들 때문에 다음에 이 호텔에 묵을 때는 두 번 생각하게 될 것 같습니다.

The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

위치는 전략적이며 쇼핑몰 근처에 있고 많은 레스토랑과 역사적인 건물이 있는 구시가지 지역까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 괜찮고, 아침 식사는 괜찮지만, 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 뷔페 음식은 그냥 평범해요. 방은 크고 가구는 평범하며 TV 신호는 좋지 않습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 방에서 쉬고 싶지 않은 여행이나 호텔 시설을 즐기고 싶지 않은 여행(우리가 갔을 때 수영장은 수리 중이었습니다)에는 위치가 정말 좋기 때문에 이 호텔이 적합합니다.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
