리리뷰어I had booked and stayed for 2 nights with my wife and parents, everything (such as service, location, atmosphere, the condition of the room, etc…), we were very satisfied. So we have decided to prolong one more night, and we were very happy.
Last year my wife, I, and my parents stayed at Tentrem in Jogjakarta, and we were satisfied.
Last month my parents with my siblings also stayed there (Tentrem in Semarang) for their trip and they were satisfied as well.
If I really have to put something a bit pity:
- The ‘entrance’ of the basement parking is a bit small for the car
- The air condition (the temperature) during the breakfast was a little bit hot.
Beside those two, we were very satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

리리뷰어내 방이 취소되었다는 것을 알기 위해 거기에 왔습니다. 그 이유는 OYO와 파트너십을 맺고 있는데 ”시스템”에 의해 많은 객실이 취소되어 그날 체크인할 객실이 남아 있지 않았기 때문입니다. 그들은 이미 내가 거절한 대체 호텔을 가지고 있었습니다.
현금으로 환불을 요청했는데 거절되었습니다. 환불은 트립앱을 통해 해준다고 약속했는데 어떻게 환불이 되는지 묻는 질문에 누구도 설명을 해주지 못했습니다.
마지막으로 나는 그들에게 최소한 두어 개의 방이 있을 것이라고 확신했기 때문에 방 가용성에 대해 다시 물었습니다. 나는 내가 지불한 것보다 더 비싼 방이 있더라도 나에게 방을 제공하는 것은 그들의 책임이라고 말했습니다.
갑자기 그들은 사과하고 내가 지불한 것과 똑같은 방이 있다고 말했습니다.
나머지 숙박은 훌륭했습니다.
다음 방문에서는 이런 의심스러운 경험이 반복되지 않기를 바라면서 다시 호텔을 방문하고 싶습니다.
