Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

카스 호텔은 시내 중심가 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에서 나와 왼쪽으로 가면 퀸 시티 몰이, 오른쪽으로 가면 폴룩스 몰 파라곤 세마랑이 있습니다. 호텔 밖에는 낮과 밤에 영업하는 현지 식당들이 있습니다. 호텔 정문을 나서면 오른쪽에 아포텍이라는 약국이 있고, 맞은편에는 가격이 합리적인 인도마트가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 호텔 청결도는 개선이 필요합니다. 옷걸이 근처와 침대 옆 탁자 주변에 먼지가 많아 물티슈로 닦아야 했습니다. 객실에는 TV 앞 테이블과 침대 옆 탁자에 각각 하나씩, 총 두 개의 램프가 있었는데, 둘 다 탁자 위에 설치되어 있어 탁자 공간을 가리는 것이 불편했습니다. 웰컴 드링크는 작은 잔에 제공되었고, 호텔 투숙객을 위한 정수기는 없었습니다. 욕실 디자인도 아쉬웠는데, 샤워 후 물이 세면대와 변기 쪽으로 흘러넘쳤습니다. 유리 칸막이가 너무 작아 물이 마른 공간으로 새어나가지 않도록 막아주지 못했습니다. 샤워기 헤드가 천장에 고정되어 있어서 몸을 깨끗이 씻기가 좀 불편했습니다. 물이 머리에서 바로 떨어졌거든요. 천장에 고정되어 있어서 샤워기 헤드 각도를 조절할 방법도 없었습니다. 저희 방(318호)은 에어컨 컴프레서 세 대 바로 옆에 있어서 다른 호텔 투숙객들이 에어컨을 켜면 밤에 소음이 너무 심했습니다. 호텔에서 그랩 앱 사용자에게 상품권을 제공했는데 프런트 데스크 직원이 알려주지 않았습니다. 마지막 날 밤에야 로비 엘리베이터 밖 호텔 TV 화면에 상품권이 나와 있는 것을 봤습니다. 아쉽게도 지난 4일 동안 스마랑에서 그랩을 이용했음에도 불구하고 10,000루피아 할인 상품권을 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 객실 관리 직원과 컨시어지 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

시크하고 모던한 외관을 자랑하는 DP 몰 세마랑과 붙어 있는 멋지고 편안한 호텔입니다. 세련된 분위기와 깨끗하고 정돈된 3성급 호텔이었습니다. Rooms inc는 세마랑 시내 중심에 위치하고 유명한 라왕세우(Lawang Sewu) 관광지까지 도보 거리에 있기 때문에 도시와 주변 지역을 탐험하기를 좋아하는 개인 여행자 또는 가족 여행자에게 적합합니다. 객실은 매우 작지만 깨끗하고 표준 편의 시설을 갖추고 편안합니다. 다른 사항이 필요한 경우 호텔 직원에게 문의/전화하실 수 있습니다. 음식은 맛이 괜찮지만 아침 식사를 수용하기에 충분하기 때문에 매일 다양한 변형과 ​​변화가 있습니다. 또한 레스토랑에서 다른 메뉴도 맛보세요. 합리적인 가격에 다양한 옵션이 있습니다. 로비 공간은 당구대와 아늑한 소파가 있어서 시원합니다. 몇 시간 동안 업무를 보거나 노트북을 들고 투어를 할 수 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 DP 몰이 붙어 있어 쇼핑과 기타 음식을 찾을 수 있습니다. 아침부터 자정까지. 위치는 마을의 다른 명소나 관광 명소와 매우 가까워서 돌아다니기 쉽습니다. 마지막으로 직원들은 훌륭하고 정중하며 따뜻한 환대를 제공합니다 👍🏻

I stopped over for a business trip. The location of hotel is good easy to access to other place . The room is clean. On the 10th floor have a bar and live music.

위치는 좋고 객실도 넓었지만 건물이 오래됐습니다. 호텔 슬리퍼는 제공되었지만 칫솔은 하나밖에 없었고, 4개의 객실을 예약했는데 욕조에 미끄럼 방지 매트가 없어서 여동생이 샤워 중에 미끄러져 넘어졌습니다. 다행히 심각한 부상은 없었고 허리와 무릎에 통증과 멍만 들었습니다. 호텔 측에서 좀 더 주의를 기울이고 관리를 잘 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 도착했을 때 객실 앞쪽 벽에서 페인트칠을 하고 있어서 불쾌한 페인트 냄새가 났습니다. 이러한 점들 때문에 다음에 이 호텔에 묵을 때는 두 번 생각하게 될 것 같습니다.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
