Excellent host, this ideally located comfortable accomodation all contributed to a great nights sleep, includeda full English breakfast, what more can you ask for? Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting Bridlington,Filey and the RSPB Bempton site where i was delighted to see the nesting Puffins. Easy access to Scarborough, and Whitby too .

Great place and very easy to find. Excellent facilities on my cosy very warm quiet room with a great sea view out of my window. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on my return to Scarborough.

남편과 나는 우리의 체류를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며 세면도구와 차, 커피 메이커를 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋았고 너무 많은 문제는 없었습니다 (원하는 방식으로 요리했습니다). 우리가 Scarborough를 방문한다면 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Good communications, lovely clean hotel serving a great value breakfast. Would highly recommend provided you can manage a few flights of stairs.

I Booked the 2 bed suite for 3 of us cousins for a get together. Absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, both bedrooms have en suites, tea, coffee sugar and milk provided. Downstairs in the pub/ restaurant, we had food and drinks which was lovely. We have already decided to rebook for October

We stayed in Room18. Landlady was very helpful, polite and let my kids play on the pool table. Abit of a pain with the parking but allowed me to use their personal car space which was very kind, even offered to pay for my parking ticket to start with. Hallways are warm and well lit. I would stay here again. Thank you

먼저 긍정적인 점입니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했으며 욕실은 분명히 최근에 새단장을 마쳤습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 좋은 가치 였지만 나중에 더 많이. 이제 그렇게 좋지 않거나 더 잘 할 수 있습니다! 체크인 정책이 우스꽝스럽습니다. 지정된 체크인 시간이 필요하다는 것을 이해하지만 (40 분) 기다리는 동안 직원이 모든 객실이 손님을 위해 준비되었다고 분명히 말하는 것을 듣습니다. 그러나 사람들이 리셉션에 들어갔을 때 그들은 오후 3 시까 지 확인이 불가능하다는 알림을 받았고 이른 체크인을 위해 기다리거나 £ 10.00을 지불해야했습니다! 결과적으로 리셉션이 꽉 차서 체크인 시작했을 때 ”새로운 시스템”으로 인해 고통스럽게 느렸습니다! 매우 열악한 고객 서비스. 아침 식사는 좋은 가치 였지만 계산원의 태도는 기껏해야 열악했으며 정의하면 무례했을 것입니다. 그에게 접근했을 때 나는 ”2인 아침 식사”라고 물었고 ”아니요, 단 하나뿐입니다”라고 대답했습니다. 예상되지 않았고 예 무례했습니다!

Not as bad as other reviews suggest, yes it could do with a refurb but it is well priced,friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds . Amazing views overlooking north bay, ideal as a base to explore. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on food. Don’t be put off by other bad reviews.

Service was very good both at reception and at the bar but rooms were overpoweringly hot, no net on window therefore had to have curtains closed for privacy. Bathroom extractor fan on constantly (until card was remove to cut off electricity). Both dispensers for shower gel / shampoo were broken. In bar area table legs / base were dirty, obviously not been cleaned that day. Pool times for children could be extended a little later i.e. our 12 year old could not go in after 6pm. Thanks, Ian
