This is a clean and tidy hotel. Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is quiet and the room that I have stayed was really tidy and clean as well. Everything in the room worked perfectly. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee in the room! They offered free breakfast for me as well.The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good sleep. Goodbye Travelodge... If you want me to talk about what could be improved, I can't think of one thing though. Cheers!

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. Our room was perfect and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. A special mention has to go to Ipek C, who made such a positive difference to our stay. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very informative. Her kindness and positivity is rare and made our stay feel special. It’s clear that the staff here care about their guests, and Ipek C is a real credit to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would be delighted to return in the future.

It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute.

장소는 매우 큰 슈퍼마켓과 가깝고 지하철역까지 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 차와 커피는 방에 제공되며 주인은 매우 친절한 사람입니다. 그녀의 매우 사랑스러운 여성에게는 문제가 없습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 깔끔하다는 것을 추천합니다.

기본을 벗은 직후에 있으면 괜찮지 만 여전히 청결이 훨씬 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 베개가 더러워졌고 방의 냄새가 약간 불쾌했습니다. 다른 몇 가지 청결 문제도 있습니다.

Almost satisfied apart from deposit refund back. Till now i am waiting for my deposit its my 5th day after deposit.

일부 직원들과 약간의 언어 장벽은 있었지만, 모두 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 조식은 훌륭한 선택지로 구성되어 있었고, 직원분들이 이미 준비된 것 외에 다른 것을 원하는지 물어봐 주셔서 매우 친절하다고 느꼈습니다. 모든 음식이 갓 조리되어 맛있었고 가격도 합리적이었습니다. 24시간 프런트 데스크와 무료 주차가 제공되는 점은 큰 장점입니다. 침대는 괜찮았지만 위치가 좋지 않았습니다(한쪽에서만 자유롭게 접근 가능). 각 침대에 납작한 베개가 하나씩만 있어서 여분의 베개가 더 있었으면 좋았을 것입니다. 약간의 추가 수납 공간이 있으면 더 편리할 것 같았습니다. 옷을 걸 수 있는 공간과 작은 서랍은 있었지만, 여행 가방이나 가방을 치워둘 곳이 없어서 방이 작다 보니 물건들이 어수선하게 놓여 있었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗했지만 수건이 더 있었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 목욕 수건 1개와 손 수건 1개만 있어서 샤워는 하지 않았습니다. 복도 사이 야외 공간에서 이동할 때 난간 없이 계단이 너무 가팔라서 조금 불편했습니다. 짧은 숙박이었지만, 제 여행에 영향을 미칠 만한 불만이나 문제는 없었습니다.
