The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast. The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy. The views of the marina were very nice and added character. The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again.

So relaxed, beautiful grounds and I loved the family of field mice that happily played in curtains in the garden room

Last time I stayed in room 85 this time room 58 Apsley. I really love this part of the hotel. Everything is in the room. However, there are NO USB plugs in any rooms (as far as I know) this is a minus and needs some changes. If you book directly with BWH parking is free however, through a third party it's £6 per night. You park outside the hotels it's free!

Stayed here for a convention. It's an absolutely fine place to stay. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and cool - the shower was great. It's not anywhere central, but fine if you don't mind ordering in for dinner or getting food there (it will be a bit pricey). Staff was pleasant, seemed a little understaffed but nothing that ruined anything too much. Breakfast was great quality and covers all the essentials to choose from. The choice of rooms for the convention is great, so much space in all the areas! Never had a problem with neighbor noise. Overall, recommended. Nothing spectacular but still a good choice.

Stayed for Silverstone visit, actually, easy to uber/take bus from and to the bus station to the race track. Pretty good price and cozy. Definitely good for a family visit

Firstly the photo’s are misleading. The room was very disappointing. The bedding was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The decor was tired to say the least. There were stains on the lampshade. The desk light was so dusty I could write my name in it. The bathroom needs up grading. It was very worn and it’s not great to be using a shower curtain in this day and age. To add to this we were presented with a Sunday menu but no roasts were available and no burgers. The staff were polite but looked as tired and drained as the environment. Returning to our springy protruding bed we were woken up by the fire alarm at 1:30am. We gathered in the car park but no one came to check on us, so we wondered back in. We were woken up again at 7:45am by the fire alarm again (appears they have to be super sensitive to keep every one safe!) so that saved some battery power on our mobiles. We were going to stay for breakfast but thought maybe not. The good points: I got a 50% refund. The shower was hot and did the job and the hair and body stuff  was surprisingly good. Overall it is such a shame. The hotel could be delightful, the coach house area could be quaint and the room was a good size. I personally would pop to the local charity shop and pick up some second hand lamps and get the stained ones into a skip. Lesson learnt I should have read the reviews and not trusted the photos. Overall disappointing and could not wait to leave.

Close to the area we needed to visit. Whilst being close to the city center. Parking is expensive though, but the better choice of quite expensive parking centrally. The time allowed for free parking is after 1800 - 0800 or 0700 the next morning, then pay per night, paid almost £10 for one night parking

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are just out of this world incredible! I have now stayed many times here and will keep going back! The manager is an absolute diamond guy and has all of my respect for how wonderful and accommodating he is. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Couldn’t recommend this place more. The last time I was there I managed to get a beautiful view of the moon from the balcony
