리리뷰어Stayed here recently for 5 days. Fantastic experience here. Staff are unbelievably helpful. Didn’t get all the names of staff but Dave in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a couple of parking issues were sorted immediately. The car parking situation is the only real issue I would have with the hotel as it is a small car park and spaces are on a first come basis but this would definitely not deter me from returning. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean.Easy 10 minute walk into town and nice walkways along the canal which runs alongside the hotel. If you don’t want a noisy awakening around 6.30am from the gym music below stay away from the first floor rooms,although this didn’t bother us at all as we were happy to be up early

리리뷰어The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

리리뷰어Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance.
The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room.
For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

리리뷰어A little piece of heaven! The room was very comfortable, well designed and with lovely nautical features throughout. On arrival, parking was excellent, friendly helpful staff, within minutes we were sat by the window, overlooking the fast flowing river, being entertained by the wildlife whilst enjoying a well earned drink after a nearly three hour drive! Location was perfect, breakfast, a joy! A birthday treat for my special girl which couldn't of been better, we will return.

리리뷰어Friendly reception staff. Great location. Room good size and modern bathroom but not the cleanest, hair on dress cushions, hair in shower tray, lots of dust in room. Expected a bit better from here.

AAndrew체크인은 매우 쉽고 3 명의 직원이 손님을 체크인하는 번거 로움이 없었습니다. 우리는 15:00 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 전에 도착했지만 이른 체크인 객실이 없었기 때문에 나중에 체크인하기 위해 돌아와야했습니다.
객실 크기는 편안한 침대와 좋은 휴식을 보장하는 양질의 베개로 적절했습니다.
호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 직원이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 도심까지 도보 거리가 아니라 위치이지만 도심 외곽에 있는 이 호텔의 주차가 훨씬 쉬우므로 거래 차단기가 아닙니다.

리리뷰어As a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen.
On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.
