훌륭함
리리뷰어밤새 머물면서 손자를 체스터에 데려가는 것은 처음입니다. 위치를 포함한 호텔의 첫인상은 훌륭했고 체크 아웃시 리셉션에보고 된 숙박에서 단 하나의 부정적인 점이 있습니다. 누군가가 방에 들어가거나 나갈 때마다 침실 문이 시끄럽게 닫히는 큰 문제가 있습니다. 호텔의 나머지 부분은 좋은 수영장과 레스토랑으로 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 손자가 그것을 완전히 즐기는 것으로만 훌륭하다고 설명 할 수 있습니다. 주차장을 포함한 위치는 주요 거리와 레벨까지 도보로 100야드 거리에 있는 체스터 시티 센터를 산책하기에 이상적이었습니다.
전반적으로 City Break에 호텔을 추천하고 침실 문에 축축 장치 / 닫힌 스프링을 넣을 수 있다면 쉽게 별 5개를 받을 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance.
The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room.
For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

리리뷰어Service, cleanliness and location of this hotel made it a lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Service at breakfast was particularly brilliant and check out at 12pm was a lovely bonus. Just wish there was some access to the pool included at £20 for 2hrs each person felt particularly steep.

리리뷰어Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

SSharon PatriciaWe had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up.
We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

리리뷰어As a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen.
On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

KKevinNot the best stay here. The tv was not tuned in. Last visit no tv remote control. The shower temperature control was not working properly. But still the location is good and the spa is good
