Good location if you need to be near the Dijon SNCF train station, an easy 5 min walk even with luggage. Another 5-10 mins walk to the key attractions & shopping in Dijon old town. Some delay in checking in but Romain at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train. Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

+ family room has option to clsoe the door for children in a separate room + location is great in the city center - rundown facility - you hear the water run down the pipes loudly every time someone on a higher floor flushed the toilet - rain shower not operable as it overflows & no water is coming trough the designated nozzles
