FFlying visitergreat hotel especially for the price, hotel transfer MUST be booked.48 hours in advance which meant, due to me booking last minute getaway i couldnt qualify...they dont tell you that at booking. Great location though!

DDPTG작고 단순하지만 귀여운 호텔. 도움이되는 직원, 좋은 아침 식사, 작은 수영장. 해안가까지 도보 10분. 매우 부드러운 침대, 약간 냄새가 나는 방, 밤에 리셉션의 목소리가 호텔 중앙을 통해 전달됨에 따라 시끄럽습니다. 귀마개를 가져오세요! 좋은 가치.

리리뷰어潔具都是roca的，晚上有表演， 這裏感覺是歐洲團的接待點，晚上自助餐廳坐滿了老爺爺老太太們，我們入住兩天，沒有看到同胞，僅第二天看到了兩個亞裔，感覺是菲律賓那邊的，酒店的早餐也還豐富，15歐一個人，晚上各類海鮮和魚和牛排有供應，早餐是25歐每人，性價比非常不錯

욕실은 꽤 작지만 나머지는 괜찮습니다.
호텔 서비스 가격은 저렴합니다.
하지만 흑인은 공정한 동물이 아니라는 점을 강조하고 싶습니다. 고객들의 끊임없는 시선이 우리를 불편하게 만들었고 이는 호텔과 스페인에 큰 부끄러운 일입니다.

XX~tinaThe most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

리리뷰어As expected. Busy as end of half term.
Great value including breakfast and dinner.
Probably better for families but we only stayed 1 night as on way to airport.
Room was large and clean. A but old fashioned but fine.
I noticed that a lot of glass in the hotel wasn't clean with finger prints everywhere so not so great !
Check out is 11am not 12 as Trip. Com specified but they kindly said we could stay until 12.

리리뷰어Hotel is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. It is close to shops for essential items and provisions.
Breakfast buffet 0730-1030 is very well managed and staff are regularly topping up food and cleaning tables, busiest time is after 0900.
Rooms are a little tired but are air conditioned and have a fridge, room safe and their own balcony.
One frustration is was the lack of sockets and the TV signal / choice of channels was poor.

익익명 사용자I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience.
When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes.
I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available.
I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.
