리리뷰어호텔은 조용한 마을에 위치해 있으며, 객실에서 알프스 산맥이 내려다보입니다. 도착 당일에는 비가 내렸지만, 또 다른 로맨틱한 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 객실이나 레스토랑 등 호텔 내부는 중세 시대 분위기를 그대로 간직하고 있습니다. 게다가 웨이트리스들의 바이에른풍 의상은 너무나 아름다워 마치 과거로 시간 여행을 온 듯한 기분을 선사합니다. 주차장은 호텔 바로 앞에 있으며 무료입니다. 노이슈반슈타인 성까지도 차로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다.

__TX***ypBeautiful little hotel with a tasteful interior design. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and offered options for every diet including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious
The bakery included in the hotel offered a vast selection of different cakes and other baked goods, which all looked very appealing.
We loved the little house-made chocolates we got as a farewell gift.

SSzeto Chun PangThe hotel provides a very friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced. It is about 2K from the train station. The room is small but with a refrigerator. No kettle is provided while I like to make my own coffee and tea. The lock of door could not be opened easily with the key. I needed to pull the door handle a little bit when I twisted the key at the same time in order to open it. Apart from this minor setback, I found the breakfast so good and with two thumbs up.

익익명 사용자이 호텔을 추천합니다. 호텔이 너무 넓어서 많이 걷지 않는다면 엘리베이터에서 멀리 떨어진 곳을 요청하지 않는 게 좋을 것 같아요 😅 직원들이 너무 친절하고 친절하게 안내해 줬어요. 이 호텔은 기차역과 버스 정류장에서 멀지 않은 좋은 위치에 있어요. 시내 대중교통을 이용할 수 있는 무료 티켓을 받을 수 있고, 체크인 전에 짐을 맡겨두고 시내를 둘러볼 수도 있어요.

리리뷰어We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences!

리리뷰어I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

리리뷰어그는 호텔 자체는 처음에는 멋져 보였지만 전반적인 경험은 솔직히 실망 스러웠습니다. 직원 간의 의사 소통은 특히 수하물 보관 및 체크인 정보와 관련하여 매우 열악했습니다. 아무도 우리가 어디로 가야하는지 명확하게 설명하지 않았기 때문에 친구와 나는 스스로 올바른 건물을 찾으려고 노력하면서 빗속에서 무거운 여행 가방을 끌고 돌아다녔습니다. 긴 여행 후 매우 불편하고 지쳤습니다.
방은 수용 가능했지만 서비스는 환영하거나 전문적이지 않았습니다. 혼란과 손님에게 불필요한 스트레스를 피하기 위해 일부 기본 정보는 처음부터 적절하게 설명되어야했습니다.
위치는 일부 여행자에게 편리 할 수 있지만 조직이 좋지 않고 직원의 지원이 부족하기 때문에 다시 여기에 머 무르지 않을 것입니다.

LLidija ZThe whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..
