I very much liked my stay here, the room was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the hotel location was good as it was near Dingsheng Plaza and also along a north-south main road that many major routes in the city travel on. The front desk staff spoke no English, and I only speak very basic Mandarin, but they were able to still fully assist me and help me check in and check out, especially Yun Zhan (云湛), who explained everything with hand gestures and simple words and demonstrated how to do some things too. Thank you very much! This was the first time I stayed at an Atour hotel but I was impressed and would definitely stay here or at another Atour hotel again. There was also free laundry but I did not know how to use it and it was outside the room and down a busy elevator so I never tried it in the end. :D There are very few negatives and most of them are not fixable. One is that I did not like that the toilet was in another room from the bathroom, as I use all of them together and so I had to go back and forth between the two rooms a lot. A second that can be negative for some people is that there was a lot of honking from vehicles, 24 hours a day. However, I actually liked this because the sound was muted, so there was a ”far away busy city” vibe that made me happy. Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

제 친척 중 큰아버지는 남중국해 함대에서 전역한 군인으로 50년 넘게 고향에 돌아오지 못했습니다. 그분의 소원을 들어드리려던 참이었는데, 안타깝게도 10년 만에 가장 강력한 태풍인 21호 태풍에 갇혔습니다. 북쪽에 사는 저는 태풍의 위력과 위력을 직접 본 적이 없었고, 잔장(Zhanjiang)에서 200km 떨어진 곳에서도 그 위력을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 태풍이 상륙했을 때, 우리는 바로 잔장 지역에 있었습니다. 모든 고속도로가 폐쇄되어 내비**션을 따라 군(郡)이나 시골길로 가야 했고, 다른 차량을 추월하기가 매우 어려웠습니다. 마침내 호텔 앞 도로에 도착했지만, 쓰러진 나무가 길을 막아 다른 방향에서 주차장으로 돌아가야 했습니다. 정말 힘들었습니다! 호텔에 체크인했을 때, 큰 창문은 보강되어 있었고, 프런트 데스크에서 특별히 남향 객실을 마련해 주었습니다. 그러나 얼마 지나지 않아 태풍이 남쪽으로 이동하면서 두 객실 모두 창문을 통해 물이 조금씩 스며들었습니다. 하우스키핑에 연락했더니 바로 청소를 시작해서 진심으로 사과를 해주셔서 불평할 겨를이 없었습니다. 이번 태풍은 잔장에 큰 영향을 미쳤지만, 군 당국의 대응은 매우 신속했고, 다음 날 저희 여행은 거의 영향을 받지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 호텔의 위치는 해변 산책로에서 1km 남짓 떨어져 있어 매우 좋습니다. 궈마오 빌딩 근처에는 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 치칸 옛거리로 가려면 약 10km 정도 더 가야 할 수도 있습니다. 주차장은 바로 아래층에 있고, 경비원이 안내해 주어 안심이 됩니다.

My second stay here. Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location with many dining options within walking distance. Big and beautiful rooms with a million dollar view. Expect great service from all the employees. I had the pleasure to be served by Dora Li. She was nice and attentive. My go to hotel whenever I am in Zhanjiang. Highly recommended.

這家酒店超預期，是沒有酒店任何人向我索取五星好評、我發自內心給滿分的酒店，在維也納酒店系列中也是很不錯的。床品舒適乾淨，房間始終安靜，智能化管理，真正的乾濕三分離，如廁洗漱淋浴各自獨立。出酒店左手有兩家飯店，豐儉由人，味道不錯。右手則是農貿市場和夜市攤位，水果品種多，烤雞烤乳豬味道誘人。酒店臨街但不吵，從徐聞走京沈高速換省道373走8公里再換烏海線2公里出來就是這個酒店，比以前在雷州住的維也納方便太多太多了。酒店車位充足，服務都不錯。還有水果和清補涼送到房間。早餐是中西結合加地方特色。

We chose this hotel for its convenient location—just a short walk to the shopping mall—and were pleased with several aspects of our stay. The rooms are genuinely smoke-free and fresh, which we greatly appreciated. Generally, the service from the front desk was polite and helpful. Special mention to staff 6018 for allowing a late check out. Breakfast: The offering was focusing on staple carbohydrates like rice, congee, noodles, and buns. However, given that the hotel's restaurant specializes in local dim sum, it felt like a missed opportunity not to feature a few of these signature items on the breakfast buffet. A curated selection would have elevated the meal from simply filling to a more distinctive and enjoyable experience. Areas for Improvement: Our stay was impacted by a few operational inconsistencies. The most noticeable was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors, which contrasted with the clean air in the rooms. We also encountered a persistent issue with a malfunctioning toilet in our first room. While the front desk was responsive in offering a room change, the process became confusing due to conflicting messages from different staff members. This back-and-forth, which lasted into the late evening, was frustrating. The situation was only resolved when we firmly communicated our need to change rooms. We hope the hotel can improve internal communication to handle such issues more seamlessly. A small suggestion for enhanced service would be more proactive assistance with luggage, especially for elderly guests, when staff are available. In summary, this is a hotel with strong positives: a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. We would consider staying again, hoping the operational hiccups we faced are addressed. With a few refinements—particularly to leverage its culinary strength at breakfast—it has clear potential to be excellent.

카운터 서비스가 최고예요. i) 이 호텔에 도착했을 때, 여자 접수원이 따뜻하게 맞아주며 연락처를 남겨달라고 부탁했습니다. 혹시라도 뭔가를 두고 내리면 체크아웃할 때 바로 전화해 주겠다고 하더군요. 저희는 말레이시아인이라 중국 전화번호가 없어서, 편하게 연락할 수 있도록 위챗 연락처를 알려줬습니다. 둘째 날, 잔장 웨스트에서 하이커우로 가는 기차를 탔는데, 접수원에게서 기념품 한 꾸러미가 남았다는 메시지를 받았습니다. 그녀는 기념품을 꼼꼼하게 포장해 주었고, 이틀 후에 중국을 떠나야 하므로 하이커우에 있는 저희 호텔까지 가장 빠른 택배 서비스를 찾고 있었습니다. 감사합니다. 서비스는 최고였고, 출발 전날 밤에 택배를 받았습니다. 기념품은 비싸지 않지만, 당신의 서비스는 정말 감동적이었습니다. 앞으로 호텔이 번영하기를 바랍니다. ii) 도착 당일, 늦은 점심을 먹으러 옆길로 갔는데 갑자기 비가 내렸습니다. 여자 리셉션 직원이 우산을 보내주겠다고 했습니다. iii) 체크아웃할 때 기차역까지 교통편 예약을 도와주셨습니다. 호텔 객실은 크지는 않지만 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있습니다. 길가에 음식점이 많고, 밤에는 호텔 바로 앞에 노점/호커들이 많아 붐빕니다.
