Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

안녕하세요. 저희는 네덜란드에서 온 커플이고, 중국 여행 셋째 주를 황링춘에서 보내고 있습니다. 원래는 황링춘에서 하룻밤만 묵을 계획이었지만, 너무 즐거워서 하루 더 머물게 되었습니다. 숙소는 산 정상에 위치해 있고, 저희가 묵은 방도 최상층에 있었습니다. 각 층의 복도와 방은 세심한 부분까지 신경 써서 감각적으로 꾸며져 있었습니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고, 모든 것이 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 방 바로 옆에는 빨래 건조대와 빨래 건조대가 있는 옥상 테라스가 있었습니다. 주인님(잔 여사)께서 따뜻하게 맞아주셨고, 택시 기사가 더 이상 올라갈 수 없어서 산에서 내려와 저희를 마중 나와 주셨습니다. 저희는 다다미방을 예약했지만, 잔 여사께서는 발코니가 있는 옆방으로 옮기는 것을 추천해 주셨습니다. 저희는 기꺼이 그 방으로 옮겼습니다. 방에서 편히 쉬고 난 후, 잔 여사께서는 숙소 입구로 이어지는 산길을 알려주셨습니다. 저녁이 되면 위챗으로 연락하라고 하셔서 호텔로 다시 데려다 주겠다고 하셨어요. 다음 날 아침, 사장님께서 저희를 산 아래로 데려다 주셔서 버스 정류장 근처에서 아침을 먹을 수 있었어요. 거기서 버스를 타고 근처에 있는 또 다른 아름다운 옛 마을인 리컹(Likeng)으로 쉽게 갈 수 있었죠. 사장님은 저희를 내려주시고 좋은 하루 보내라고 인사해 주셨어요. 저희가 식사하는 동안 사장님께서 다시 숙소로 올라가셨다가 비나 햇볕을 피할 수 있도록 우산을 가져다주셨는데, 저희는 부탁드린 적도 없었어요. 정말 친절하고 따뜻한 배려에 진심으로 감사했습니다. 첫째 날은 황링(Huangling) 마을에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 둘째 날은 리컹 마을에서 보냈는데, 분위기가 정말 편안했어요. 마을의 정겨운 분위기에 사람들도 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 사장님과 황링, 리컹 마을의 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 아름다운 마을에서 정말 최고의 시간을 보냈어요! 😍

정말 좋은 숙박 경험이었습니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하고 간식을 많이 가져다 주었습니다. 사장님의 음식이 정말 맛있고 베이컨이 향이 너무 좋았습니다. 나중에 온 친구들도 축복받았습니다~ 집도 깨끗하고 시설도 매우 좋습니다. 완벽하고 위치가 훌륭합니다. 음, 리황링 풍경구가 매우 가깝습니다. 사장님이 픽업 및 하차를 도와주실 것입니다. 정말 배려심이 깊습니다. 전반적인 경험이 정말 좋습니다😋

We had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail. We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget. Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!! We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

The hotel staff were sweet and helpful. They offered a tea service for guests, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel owner used to run a tea factory before opening the hotel, so the tea they serve is their own in-house production. When they served it, it wasn’t just a cup of tea handed to us, but they led us to the seating area, sat down, and prepared the tea right there for us. We could slowly sip and savor it until the flavor faded. If you come here, you can enjoy it as soon as you arrive or later (we arrived in the afternoon but saved it for the next morning). Another thing that really impressed me was the room, which was much nicer than I expected from the pictures. I was traveling with older family member, and they absolutely loved the room. It felt spacious and cozy thanks to its design and layout. At first, I thought we might have been upgraded, but it didn’t seem so—this was the original room I had booked. The hotel grounds are also quite spacious. Some of the buildings are designed with traditional Chinese architecture, and there’s a garden on a hillside at the back that took us around 30 minutes to walk through. As for the breakfast, it was decent—plenty of food, though the variety was fairly standard. Still, I’ve got to say this again—the tea served at the hotel was great. They even gave us a box of tea leaves when we checked out! If you’re coming from the train station, it’s easy to reach the hotel by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and routes 2, 3, and 520 pass by. However, buses stop running fairly early, with the last ones around 5–6 PM. Conveniently, the bus stop has a QR code you can scan to track the buses in real time.

環境清幽安靜，遠離喧鬧，推窗就是青山綠意，完全感覺不到景區的喧囂，可以做到完全的分隔，特別適合長輩放鬆休息。重點要誇一下店員王炫斌，全程服務特別貼心周到，知道我們帶長者出行，提前幫我們準備了熱水，還耐心介紹了園區平緩的遊玩路線，入住和退房都主動幫忙搬運行李，有任何需求都響應得很快，完全不用我們操心。 設施也很齊全，房間裏的家電、衞浴都很新，用起來很順手，住得特別舒服。帶長者出行選這家真的很省心，下次來婺女洲還會優先選這裏！

실망스러운 숙박입니다. 중국 설날이어서 다른 숙소를 찾기가 매우 어려웠고 남편도 아파서 계획을 변경하고 남편이 쉴 수 있도록 1박을 더 묵어야 했기 때문에 숙박을 연장할 수밖에 없었습니다. 그 곳은 곳곳에서 연기 냄새가 났다. 우리는 아기가 있고 금연 장소를 원했습니다. 로비에 금연이라는 표지판이 있음에도 불구하고 사람들은 그곳에서 담배를 피우고 있었고 프런트 데스크 사람들은 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 우리 방의 수건에는 재가 묻어 있었고 연기 냄새가났습니다. 그것들도 찢어져서 교체가 절실히 필요했습니다. (저희는 금연실을 구했고 여행 중에 금연실에서 하는 일이라고는 도착하기 전에 창문을 열어 환기를 시키는 것뿐이라는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 🤦🏻♀️) 우리가 도착했을 때 화장지가 부족했고 우리가 요청했을 때 화장지를 더 제공해 주긴 했지만 불편했습니다. 화장지 홀더가 파손되어 화장지 두루마리를 놓을 다른 곳을 찾아야 했습니다. 싱크대가 물이 새서 건식 화장실이어야 했는데, 이것이 제가 숙소를 예약한 이유 중 하나였지만 알고 보니 습식 화장실이었습니다. 아기가 있으면 엄청나게 불편합니다. 샤워 배수구에 덮개가 없었고 아이의 작은 발이 그 안에 낄 수 있기 때문에 샤워할 때 아이가 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 어느 날 우리는 조금 더 쉬어야 했는데, 가정부가 방을 청소할 수 있도록 언제 떠날지 물었습니다. 우리는 2시간이 더 필요하다고 말했습니다(오후 2시경). 그녀는 계속 우리 방 안을 들여다보며 일찍 퇴근하고 싶다고 말했습니다. 나는 그것이 엄청나게 무례하다고 생각했습니다. This is our third week travelling through China. Our stay at Wuli Shanshui Wenquan Dujia Jiudian. Mentioning the full name of this hotel pretty much gives you a full description of what you will likely experience. A lot of good value for money! The hotel is situated at the bank of a river and behind the river you will see beautiful forested hills. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you will hear the birds singing. Your stay in this hotel comes with free entrance tickets to the hotpools, each with its own theme. You have the Danggui, the Red Wine, the Green Oasis, the Milk and Red Vinegar pools. We spent about 10 minutes in each of them. Relax, take time to have the body adjust to the temperature. I sat on the side with only my legs and hands under water. Later I let my body slide into the water fully. That night I slept like a baby and this morning I had a smooth soft skin, like a baby 😁 The rooms are fully equipped with all necessities and the reception was very helpful. We got a fruit basket as a welcoming gift. Unfortunately there was no restaurant service but the reception helped us to order in lunch and dinner from a nearby restaurant. All we had to do was to pick from the menu and send the order to the reception via Wechat. For a modest fee our lunch, dinner and cold beers were delivered to our room 👍 The breakfast buffet offered great variety with fresh Ginseng fruit and mini tomatoes. We liked it here so much that we booked a second night. There is so much to explore in the neighbourhood with the beautiful old villages of Likeng and Wangkou nearby. Thank you! 🙏

Very charming landscape of the property so we enjoyed taking lots of pictures there. Unfortunately, it was heavy rain on the night we stayed plus the day after so we didn’t go out to Wuyuan Huanglin as planned. We liked the food there a lot, the cooks are so nice and kind. Also they dropped us to Wuyuan Train Station. Hope to return on a sunny day.
