We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

We booked our stay for Chinese New Year and received a warm welcome from the very beginning. The owner and his family were very friendly and assisted us in getting settled in no time. They provided us with oranges each day and dumplings for the new year. Everyone made an effort to speak with us even though there was a language barrier and were all extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to an ancient street which contains food stalls, restaurants, stores and other attractions. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Anren!

The owner is very kind and helpful. They showed us where to get eggs and rice so we wouldn’t get hungry during our stay 😊 They also sell Maggi curry, which is a Malaysian favourite instant noodle—such a nice touch! The owner allowed us to do an early check-in when the room became available around 10:30 a.m. since we arrived early. They also helped arrange transportation to Xiling Snow Mountain, and the price was very reasonable. I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was nice, warm during the cold weather, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely repeat this place if we come to Xiling Snow Mountain again. These photos were taken around the area very near to the guesthouse. so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

The owner is super attentive. They shared guidance on traveling up in Xiling and told us how much we should spend for a car back to Chengdu to prevent us from being ripped off. The room is clean, good lighting and cute. Free shuttle van : They offer a free shuttle between the Xiling entrance and the hotel. Heating : The floor and bed heating is very nice. But the bahtroom is too freezing to shower. AI voice demand : The TV, lights, and air conditioner are also compatible with AI voice commands ”Tian mao JingLing”, which is super convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

위치는 중티에화수이완 바로 옆이라 식사하기 편리하고 방 구조도 좋고 가격도 엄청 좋고 밤에는 매우 조용하고 온천 티켓도 살 수 있고 가격도 훨씬 저렴해요 더 저렴하므로 머물러 있는 것이 좋습니다. 샤워물이 매우 따뜻해서 샤워를 하는 느낌이 매우 편안합니다.

Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

這次來大邑花水灣度假，特意選擇了老牌的中鐵花水灣温泉酒店，體驗下來真的遠超預期，必須給個五星好評！ 🌿 環境與位置： 酒店的整體設計是新亞洲風格，青瓦白牆，綠植流水，很有中式庭院的感覺，環境清幽雅緻，背倚青山，空氣非常清新，一進門就有種遠離城市喧囂的度假氛圍。地理位置也很方便，離西嶺雪山、安仁古鎮等景點都不遠，無論是去滑雪還是逛古鎮都很合適。 ♨️ 温泉體驗： 重點要誇一下這裏的温泉！不愧是花水灣的老牌温泉，是真資格的天然硫磺温泉，遠遠就能聞到一股淡淡的硫磺味，泡完皮膚滑滑的，感覺真的很解乏。温泉區就在酒店對面，憑房卡可以無限次進出。池子種類很多，有中葯池、玫瑰池等，温度也分了好幾種，總有一款適合你。我們體驗的時候人不多，私密性挺好的，泡一會全身都暖洋洋的。特別點讚的是，這裏還有室內水療池和水上樂園，帶小朋友的話完全能玩得很開心。 🛏️ 客房設施： 我們入住的房間空間非常寬敞，雖然能看出酒店有些年頭了，但維護得不錯，依然保持着五星級的底子。房間打掃得很乾凈，床品柔軟舒適，讓我們一夜好眠。特別喜歡房間帶的觀景陽台，推開窗就是山景，坐着喝喝茶、發發呆，太愜意了。 👩💼 服務與餐飲： 必須為酒店的服務打call！從前台到客房服務，每一位工作人員都非常熱情周到。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐特別貼心，不僅耐心講解了温泉區的注意事項，還給我們免費升級了房型，甚至多送了一份早餐/温泉票，真的有種賓至如歸的感覺。 早餐也很豐盛，中西式都有，特別是還有現煮的擔擔麪、抄手等地道川味小吃，早上來一碗熱騰騰的麪條，舒服極了。 總的來説，無論是衝著純天然的硫磺温泉，還是想要一個放鬆身心的週末，中鐵花水灣温泉酒店都是性價比超高的不二之選。下次來花水灣，我們一定還會再住這裏！強烈推薦給大家！ 小貼士：  冬季泡温泉從酒店去室外池的路上會有點冷，建議裹好浴袍快速通過，或者選擇帶私湯的房型在房間裏泡，也很舒服。 · 早餐建議稍微早一點去，可以避開人流高峯，用餐體驗更好。

Love our stay here so much! the staff were so helpful and very responsive. although we have been encounter the malfunctioning heater, but we still enjoyed our stay here! will come back again with a fit body so that our body will not be shocked again from those 600m stairs 🥹😆
