Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology. The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

這次入住這家民宿真的太驚喜了，完全超出預期，是近期住過體驗感最好的一家，真心強烈推薦給大家！ 民宿整體環境特別温馨治癒，裝修風格簡約又有格調，每一處細節都能看出店主的用心佈置。進門就感覺乾淨敞亮，全屋打掃得一塵不染，地板、桌面沒有一點灰塵，床鋪被褥乾淨柔軟，陽光灑進房間特別舒服，氛圍感直接拉滿。 房間設施配備特別齊全，空調、網速都很給力，洗漱用品品質很好，衞生間乾濕分離，通風效果好沒有異味。日常簡單做飯完全沒問題，生活日用品也準備得很周到，完全不用自己額外添置，住着就和家裡一樣自在愜意。 地理位置也特別優越，出行特別方便，周邊商超、餐館、小吃店都很近，步行就能到達，逛街吃飯買菜都特別省事。小區環境安靜安全，安保到位，晚上休息特別安穩，完全沒有嘈雜聲，特別適合休閑度假、短途出行居住。 房東人超級貼心温柔，溝通特別順暢，提前會詳細告知入住路線和注意事項，有任何問題隨時回覆，態度特別熱情，全程自助入住也很方便，私密性很好。性價比真的超高，環境、衞生、服務、位置都無可挑剔，住着舒心又安心。 已經果斷收藏店鋪了，下次再來還會優先選擇

五星滿分推薦卓雅度假温泉山野，這次騰沖入住體驗直接超出預期！ 整家民宿藏在山林間，環境清幽靜謐，小院造景別緻雅緻，隨處都是精心佈置的小細節，氛圍感拉滿，度假感十足。 老闆和老闆娘人特別實在，待人熱情周到，全程有任何需求都會耐心幫忙，還會貼心分享本地遊玩、吃菌攻略，像在朋友家做客一樣暖心。 房間打掃得一塵不染，各個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，居住舒適度很高。私湯温泉水質温潤舒服，奔波一天泡上一會兒，全身疲憊全都消散。 配套設施特別齊全，有獨立洗衣房出門旅行太方便；公區自帶茶室、咖啡廳，閑下來喝茶喝咖啡、靜靜放空特別愜意。 民宿提供的早餐味道超讚，食材新鮮，口味地道。 從環境、服務、硬件到餐飲全都挑不出毛病，整體體驗滿分，下次再來騰沖還會選擇這裏！

The owner and staff are welcoming. We are a large group of people who can and cannot speak Chinese. They took care of us when we arrived from the airport. They were very accommodating and provided many attraction/dining suggestions. The breakfast is simple and good. The main breakfast is noodles with varieties of toppings of your choice but if you don't like noodles, there's also congee and hardboiled eggs. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bidet toilet. They provided necessary amenities in the room with other additional amenities in the lobby. Communication in Chinese is convenient for everyone but the owner/staff are ok with using translation app.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

평소에는 리뷰를 쓰지 않지만 솔직히 이곳은 텅충 여행의 하이라이트 중 하나였습니다. 위치는 절대적으로 아름답습니다. 산속에 자리 잡고 있으며 녹지와 탁 트인 들판으로 둘러싸여있어 주요 명소에서 너무 멀지 않고 평화롭고 한적한 느낌이 듭니다. 매일 아침 안개가 자욱한 산의 경치에 눈을 뜨는 것은 그런 대접이었습니다. 내가이 장소를 예약 한 가장 큰 이유는 개인 온천이었고 실망시키지 않았습니다. 온천수는 Rehai에서 직접 제공되며 24/7을 이용할 수 있습니다. 안뜰에 전용 수영장이 있다는 것은 놀랍습니다. 긴 하루를 탐험한 후 완전히 사적이고 조용하며 완벽했습니다. Rehai와 주변 명소를 방문한 후 따뜻한 미네랄 워터에 몸을 담그는 것은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 편안했습니다. 근육이 덜 아프고, 그 후 잘 잤어요. 방 자체는 흠이없고 매우 편안했습니다. 침대는 푹신하고 욕실은 현대적이고 잘 관리되어 있으며 세면도구도 고품질이라고 느꼈습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 신중하게 준비되었습니다. 정말 눈에 띄는 것은 서비스였습니다. 직원들은 우리가 도착한 순간부터 진정으로 친절하고 환영했습니다. 우리는 신선한 현지 과일로 인사를 받았고, 그들은 시간을 내어 온천을 사용하는 방법을 설명하고 근처를 방문할 곳을 추천했습니다. 그들은 우리가 질문을 할 때마다 항상 신속하게 도와주었습니다. 이곳의 아침 식사는 갓 조리한 쌀국수와 계란과 같은 현지 Tengchong 특선 요리로 맛있었습니다. 숙소 주변에 커피를 마시며 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 곳도 있습니다. 커플로 방문하든, 가족과 함께 방문하든, 부모님을 데리고 편안한 웰빙 휴가를 보내든, 이곳을 꼭 추천합니다. Tengchong에 다시 간다면 주저없이 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

여관은 객실을 예약하면 사진이 매우 새 것처럼 보이는 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 8로 시작하는 객실은 아직 조금 낡았습니다. 7개는 아주 새것입니다. 매일 밤 7시 이후에는 안뜰에 있습니다. 온천에서 목욕을 할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사에는 쌀국수, 죽, 튀긴 반죽 스틱, 옥수수, 고구마, 계란, 두유가 포함되어 있습니다. 픽업 및 드롭은 사전에 호텔 매니저에게 문의하세요.

호텔은 시설이 완벽하고, 아주머니들은 위생에 매우 헌신적입니다. 주변 환경이 시끄럽지 않고 근처에서 식사하기 편리합니다. 서비스 직원이 손님이 가방을 객실로 옮기는 것을 도울 수 있으며, 세부 사항은 만족스럽습니다.

호텔에 머무는 동안 객실은 매우 넓고 밝았으며 모든 시설이 완비되어 있었고 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 호텔의 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 특히 프론트 데스크의 여성분이 매우 따뜻하고 친절합니다. 아침 식사도 매우 풍부하고 맛이 좋습니다. 전체적으로 매우 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

호텔의 위치는 특히 찾기 쉽습니다. 안뜰에 주차할 수 있습니다. 녹색으로 둘러싸인 호텔, 숙박 객실, 완벽한 지원 시설, 깨끗한 객실, 넓은 객실 유형, 독립된 안뜰. 호텔은 아침 식사를 제공하며 맛은 특히 맛있고 조합은 합리적이며 레스토랑 식사 환경도 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 적시에 청소됩니다. 체크인 후 애프터눈 티도 제공됩니다. 매우 사려깊습니다. 식사 후에는 호텔에서 산책을 할 수 있습니다. 가게의 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하고 사려 깊습니다. 특히 프론트 데스크의 젊은 여성은 항상 웃고 있습니다. 그녀는 집에가는 것처럼 따뜻합니다. 전반적인 경험은 매우 좋고 다시 방문 할 것입니다. 다른 사람들에게도 추천합니다!
