11356600****위생과 청결, 완벽한 시설, 저녁에 깊은 수영장에서 목욕을 하면 피로를 풀 수 있습니다. 환경이 우아하고 안뜰에서 차를 마시는 것이 매우 즐겁습니다. 은행나무마을 중심에 위치하여 은행나무광장과 은행나무왕 명승지까지 도보로 약 5분 거리에 있습니다. 사장님은 따뜻하고 성실하며 서비스는 세심하고 무료 픽업, 마을 입구 픽업 및 드롭 오프를 제공하며 시간을 내서 은행 나무 마을 주변을 여행 할 수있는 배터리 자동차를 운전합니다. 경치는 즐겁습니다. 사장님의 요리솜씨도 아주 좋습니다. 은행나무 조림 치킨이 맛있고, 큰 구급차가 맛있고, 미끼가 얇게 썬 등. 음료는 무료로 마실 수 있습니다. 음식은 맛있고 저렴하며 재료는 유기적입니다. 두 명의 아름다운 여성은 따뜻하고 친절하며 친절하고 반응이 좋습니다. 매우 만족스러운 여행, 아주 좋은, 다시 다음 번에 방문 할 가치가 있습니다!

리리뷰어During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

리리뷰어The boss was exceptionally kind to the people he was hosting. We did not purchase breakfast and he gave it to us free. We wanted some recommendations in the area and he helped us book it at a discount!! They even picked us up from the airport. They also give you a fruit and snacks platter daily with very tasty, specialty fruits! The breakfast lady is very nice and welcoming. They offer drinks all day as well including some soft drinks like coke and sprite. Coffee, soymilk, pea porridge, crossing bridge noodles (Mixian or Ersi) side dishes and condiments to put into the noodles. They also have flavored boiled eggs and boiled eggs. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with a nice layout and provided slippers, clean towels daily, comfortable bed.
Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Tengchong!

LLuvMinSuNuangui Homestay
I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails.
I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up.
When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm.
Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves.
The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there).
The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps.
The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round.
Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

리리뷰어真心強烈安利來騰沖度假直接鎖定瑪御谷悦椿，整體體驗直接超出期待值，全程入住體驗舒服又治癒。
酒店整體環境真的無可挑剔，整體是雅緻的中式院落風格，被山野和整片田園包裹，四周草木繁茂，環境清幽安靜。隨處都是好看的景色，空氣清新通透，遠離喧鬧，真正做到了沉浸式放鬆度假，隨時隨地都可以拍出氛圍感十足的照片。
最讓人驚喜的就是酒店的温泉，全部都是天然的原生態温泉水。不管是房間自帶的私湯還是户外公共湯池體驗感都極佳。泡在温熱的温泉裏，滿眼都是山野綠意，疲憊瞬間全部消散，身心都徹底放鬆下來。
服務方面更是加分滿滿，工作人員小匡，小金，小陳態度温柔又貼心，待人熱情周到。從辦理入住到日常需求都會及時迴應，細緻周到不會過度打擾，讓人感覺自在又舒服。
不管是休閑散心還是出行放鬆，這家酒店都是絕佳選擇，性價比和體驗感雙在線，下次來騰沖一定還會再次選擇入住。

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke.
Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced.
Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
