'The place is huge, but well maintained. Staff is accommodating un lng Mahal ung palit Ng linen. So we decided to transfer to new room since ngextend kmi. But all in all we enjoyed Ng planning to go back soon'

'Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.'

'I didn’t know that there’s a nice hotel in the province. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will comeback, since we always visit our relatives yearly might as well stay here a night or two. They have nice amenities and good food.'

'Good for family bonding specially if you want to held a party. Room was clean and spacious.'

'A pleasant stay. I upgraded to a suite which was much better for room size. Also a good balcony view. Staff are courteous and friendly. Didn't try the breakfast. I would stay again'

'My booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice'

'호텔은 쇼핑몰 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 숙박하는 동안 필요한 모든 것을 편리하게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서는 꽤 맛있는 음식을 제공했지만, 조식 뷔페가 호텔 레스토랑에 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 뷔페였지만 다소 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있고, 수영장과 데크도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.'
