테라 올리비아 럭셔리 빌라 스위트(Terra Olivia Luxury Villas and Suites)

We slept here for 3 nights. The villas were great. very comfortable and clean. it is well maintained and the private pool was clean (and cleaned every day). The room is cleaned once a day and the front desk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is ok, not too rich but satisfy. We had some problem with the lights, but it was ok. There is satellite TV, but we did not find ant channel relevant for us (mostly different european languages and no sport channels). It is located a litlle far from the main square of Paliouri so it is not walking distance, but 2 min, drive. if you run hike, it has a very nice trail from the villa

What a lovely place!! Nicely located away from the masses but close enough to get there. Beautiful ocean views, all new, very clean and comfortable. And most important family owned and managed which you feel in everything. Food is homemade, fresh and breakfast with lots of choice. Always welcomed with a smile at the pool, bar and the family stands ready for your every need to be sure to make your stay even more perfect. Just a wonderful place and a must visit if you come to Chalkidiki.

Wonderful landscape area and perfect condition of the unit.

Have just had 2 beautiful weeks at Terra Olivia. Firstly the villas are exceptional, very modern, beautifully finished and very high quality. The Villa pool and communal pool are perfect. The Villa and pools are cleaned every day and you even get a fantastic breakfast every morning. All the staff at the Terra Olivia are brilliant and really helpful and provide amazing service and seem to have thought of everything. The location of the Villa s is ideal. In a quiet location with and amazing view over the sea. Also Palliouri village square is a 10 minute walk where there is a collection of lovely restaurants/ a few bars and shops. Lots of beaches available close by, from busy commercial beaches to quite isolated ones where you will have the beach to yourself. Overall, well deserving of 5 stars and an ideal location for couples or families.

We stayed at Terra Olivia in August 2022 and I have to say that it was perfect in every way and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough. Having previously stayed at Sani Resort a couple of times and Ikos Oceania once, we returned to Halkidiki with very high expectations and were not disappointed at all by Terra Olivia! As a group of four families, we had three of the smaller villas with use of the shared pool and one larger villa with its own pool… No expense has been spared with the build and tasteful furnishing of the accommodation or any of the facilities and the beds are possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Everywhere is immaculately well kept and always very clean. The view from the whole resort across the Aegean to Sithonia is beautiful morning, noon and night! The location is great being just a 5 minute drive to a great beach and 5 minute walk to Paliouri where there are plenty of lovely restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlours, etc. all based around a cobbled street centre that has a very relaxed and authentic Greek vibe to it. The food and drinks at Terra Olivia itself are absolutely delicious… Our kids all raved about how they do the best spaghetti bolognese ever and loved the fresh salads, pizzas and smoothies/milkshakes around the pool any time of day. We had so much delicious food there including some incredible home-made Greek cuisine. Cocktails at the bar are of the highest standard too with premium spirits available. The best thing about Terra Olivia though is without doubt the owners and staff! I can’t fault the place but what really makes it so special and a huge cut above the rest is the people there... It is family owned and run by the inimitable twins Argiris & Sofia, with their parents and a wonderful team. They are just the loveliest people who don’t hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure their guests are happy and have their every need met with a huge smile. I actually don’t want to write on here all of the amazing things they did for us because they have set such an incredibly high bar it would be impossible to exceed other peoples’ expectations if I shared too much! Lol!… Just trust me that Argiris & Sofia are as perfect and attentive as hosts, as the resort they’ve built, is faultless. Their team are equally lovely with special mentions needed for Adonis at the bar and Jovanna in reception, although collectively a special mention for the team of cleaners, pool guy and kitchen staff too as to achieve what they have at Terra Olivia it must require a whole team and for every single person to be amazing. Thank you Terra Olivia for a perfect stay, we will most definitely be back and can't wait! Xxxx

Terra Olivia luxury villas are exceptional. Wonderful accommodation where everything is catered for and a beautiful view made our stay here an absolute pleasure. The hosts Argeris and his sister Sophia were so friendly and they made us feel like part of the family. We were a group of 17 and they accommodated our every request. Highly recommend, we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Hospitality of the staff was amazing

Amazing location with stunning views from the villa. Easy walking into the nearby village with a variety of places to eat. Villa itself was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff made this a perfect holiday.

We stayed at Terra Olivia in a two-bedroom villa with a pool for five nights during early August 2021. It was a last minute booking as we were originally heading to Volos which we were forced to cancel due to smoke and ash from the tragic Evia fires. We were extremely lucky that Terra Olivia had a solitary villa available for our dates on such very short notice. The villas opened in mid-2020 so they are practically all new. The owners, Michalis & Sofia, have spared no expense on the villa building materials and furnishings which are all top-class. Really a place to feel at home. Their hospitality was second-to-none incredible as they catered nicely to all their guests. Very good and healthy breakfast and the pool bar was also a joy; great staff. Daytime and especially evenings were very quiet, which is quite important for me as a light sleeper Unfortunately, all villas were fully booked for subsequent dates and we then moved to another destination. If you’re looking for the high quality of villas you’d find around Glyfada or Mykonos, then Terra Olivia is the place for you. We highly recommend and when we return to Halkidiki will book Terra Olivia again in a heartbeat!
