B&B 체라 우나 볼타

We booked this room directly on their booking side. A couple of minutes later, we realized, that there is an additional discount on a hotel booking site with a larger room and a cheaper price (owners price + sales discount paid by the hotel booking site). So we booked there, and canceled the first booking immediately by email (as this was the only option). There was no response, so we wrote the cancelation email twice. After a while, half of the price were credited on our credit card. We immediately complained by email - and SMS. By SMS the owner responded (for the first time), that the cancelation is to late. I need to cancel the other (cheaper) booking. After long discussions, he told, that he will pay the difference, when I cancel the other one. Finally I did. Onsite, he just wanted to pay parts of the difference (not the sales discount which we would have received), not the full amount. Also he was getting impolite in the discussion (still all in SMS, not responding to any email). He was not confessing his error (in not reading emails and accepting the cancelation on time). So, we had a smaller room and a higher price. :-( Btw: there was no buffet (as shown on the pictures), but coupons for a cafe close-by To summarize: we had a bad experience with the owner, even if the apartment was ok. Therefore, personally, I can not recommend the apartment.

Ok-ish Pros: the people running the B&B were helpful, and the room I got was big. The location was pretty good as well. Cons: the place is super noisy with building and outside traffic. Very difficult to find. The car situation was less than ideal, as there parking partner was full (it happens though). Though my interactions with the people running the place were great, they didn’t have a great way to initially get ahold of them. Not a bad place though.

Peccato dover mettere una stella perché il posto è molto bello e accogliente, peccato che quando hanno tutto pieno, nn avvisano il cliente e al tuo arrivo vieni spostato in un b&b al piano superiore indecente... Puzza di muffa, la porta rotta che fai fatica a chiudere e aprire, il lavandino del bagno otturato che nn ci ha permesso di lavarci nemmeno i denti perché subito risaliva l acqua. Camera per niente accogliente ma per fortuna pulita.. mai più..

Il B&B è ubicato in una zona centrale di Palermo, comodo per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città (e in ogni caso è comunque vicino alla fermata dei bus). La proprietaria Noemi, molto gentile, ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per una piacevole visita. Si è inoltre prodigata per risolvere piccoli inconvenienti occorsi (avaria ascensore). La camera assegnatari era sufficientemente spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Molto puliti inoltre tutti i locali del B&B. La colazione, di qualità, viene servita in un bar, distante pochi minuti a piedi dal B&B.

Ieri abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b, personale super accogliente che ci ha anche consigliato dove parcheggiare. Camere pulitissime e super spaziose e anche il bagno era molto pulito. La struttura in generale è molto bella e accogliente. Inoltre, la receptionist, credo si chiamasse Noemy, ci ha anche consigliato luoghi da visitare qui a Palermo. Consigliatissimo!

L'accoglienza è la disponibilità di chi ci ha accolti ha reso il week-end, appena trascorso con la mia famiglia, indimenticabile. La posizione del B&b è ottima per muoversi a piedi e visitare tutti i luoghi e monumenti più belli di Palermo. Camera pulita, confortevoli e considerando che abbiamo alloggiato in quattro direi anche spaziosa. Buona la colazione offerta in strutture esterne, ma all'interno del B&b c'era la possibilità di preparare caffè o tè. Lo consiglio vivamente.
