철도 지역의 모든 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 수반하는 팔레르모 중앙역의 ​​사이드 호텔입니다. 아침 식사는 진정한 4* 미국식 아침 식사 스타일은 아니지만 이탈리아 고객에게는 좋습니다. 아주 작은 파스타 요리로 저녁 식사를 하고, 시식을 합니다. 바 페이스트리 가게, 아침 식사 레스토랑, 저녁 식사 레스토랑이 동일하다는 점을 고려하면 1층의 공간은 제한적입니다.

I came here 2 times, 1 before my cruise and 1 after. The first time I stayed with my mum and brother for 3 nights and it was..average. 2nd time however was horrible. I went for 1 night and the staff were rude and unhelful. Location is quite bad too.

This hotel was the perfect base for rail travel around the island , as the rail station was 2 minutes away. The hotel was basic , clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant.

The location is just beside the train/bus station, which makes it very good to use Palermo as a base to visit other places in Sicily.

Rated a 4 star hotel. The best I would give is 1 star. Not clean even though it says they sanitize, haven't seen that. Don't change the bedding only straighten the sheets and cover out. Shower leaked all over the floor to the sink. Would not recommend.

Great location but very old hotel, big rooms and high ceilings but there was mold in the ceiling, breakfast was not bad

All very friendly. Vincenzo, Noemi, Giuseppe, Selenia, Cetty, Little Sophia... Veramente, TUTTI! EXCELLENT!!! We have been traveling all around the world, and by far this hotel deserves more Stars than the ones allocated. Really we always look for a good location, and for a hotel with good reviews, regardless of how many Stars Hotels we have to pay for. There were not too many choices in Palermo. This hotel was close to the Train and Bus Stations. We could not find any flights due to the flights cancellations because of Volcan Etna decision to erupt unpredictably, therefore, we arrived at Palermo by bus. This hotel was close to the Bus Station, after so many hours in uncomfortable seats at Marino Bus, (next to a table seats where 4 persons could not stretch their legs in a long journey, from Bari to Palermo, shame on you Marino Bus, you should not sell table tickets in a journey where people need to sleep ,- more than 8 hours travel). Anyway, thank God! we found 55 Aira Hotel, no need to pray so the water does not stay in the sink when brushing your teeth. No need to pray so the toilet flush well. No need to pray so that you end up showering with water covering your feet. If we could give 10 Stars to 55 Aira, we will. 🙂

An appalling stay. Accommodation- A small dark room found at the end of a pitch black unlit corridor. I had to use my phone torch to identify and access my room. The bed was two singles pushed together and occupied most of the room bar a small cheap flimsy wardrobe and a desk. I had a small window looking out to a grubby central courtyard. No balcony. My bathroom was ok but there was no bracket to hold the shower hose. My lamp did not work and the lock and key mechanism of the door was failing. Facilities- The corridors were a grubby maze. The walls were all dirty and the flooring the cheapest of heavily worn laminate. There were bundles of dirty sheets lying around and areas filled with detritus such as step ladders, cardboard boxes and unused chairs. There are no communal areas to relax apart from some plastic tables and chairs in the cramped and noisy dining area. The main seating was plastic tables and chairs on the pavement outside that tried to draw in passing custom. Breakfast- Extremely awful. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable and I'll normally drink anything. Flies swarmed all over the food laid out. Location- Directly opposite the main train station on an extremely busy road with buses passing every few seconds. The walls of my room were paper thin and my solitary window single glazed. Needless to say the night was very disturbed. Staff- Unfortunately, as with much of Southern Italy the staff were a combination of indifferent, unhelpful and surly. Only if you are Italian will you be treated with any courtesy. They treat stranieri (foreigners) with contempt. The majority of the staff look as though they couldn't care or have given up on this establishment. They should be embarrassed to work here and the owner ashamed for they are not hoteliers. Summary- I was lucky in that my employers were able to move me to alternative accommodation at short notice. Anyone giving this excuse for a hotel more than two stars lives in a fantasy world. Do not even consider this place.
