'Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.'

'We stayed with family including 2 kids in superior ac twin room for one night, room was spacious, and washroom was clean and tidy. Full marks for the food and drinks. The view from balcony was towards residential area, would have loved to see some tea plantations, but other than that our stay at the bliss was pleasant and comfortable'

Most amazing about this property is you see snow mountains and tea garden from balcony just mesmerising view. And indoor and heated swimming pool is cheery on the top.
