오피콘, Urban Gardening Glattpark 근처 호텔

스위스 저가 모텔은 대부분의 미국 3성급 이상 호텔보다 낫습니다. 트램은 호텔에서 몇 초 거리에 있습니다. 트램 요금은 편도 2.70 스위스 프랑입니다(2023년 5월). 취리히 호수에서 20분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 방은 공항 가기 전에 짧은 하룻밤을 보내기에 충분한 크기였습니다. 현장 세탁. 로비에 있는 음식/음료 자판기.

나는이 호텔에 일찍 출발하기 위해 하룻밤을 머물렀다. 취리히 공항에서 버스로 7 분 이내에 위치한 Glattbrug의 깔끔한 타운 쉽에 위치하고 있습니다. 버스는 6 ~ 7 분마다 순환합니다. € 80의 저금한 투자는 스페이드로 지불되었습니다. 방은 크고 모든 취향에 무료 영화가있는 매우 편안한 침대와 거대한 TV 화면으로 지저분하지 않았습니다. 무료 콜라, 맥주 및 오렌지 주스가있는 작은 냉장고도있었습니다. 넓은 옷장, 넓은 작업 표면 및 큰 욕실,이 특별한 빛은 매우 전문적인 청소에서 비롯됩니다. 내 관점에서 볼 때 유일한 단점은 내가 선호했을 큰 샤워 칸막이의 장소에서 작은 목욕이었다. 체육관, 건강 센터 및 스페어리브 장소를 포함한 여러 식당이 있지만 탐험 할 시간이 없었습니다. 짧은 도보 거리 내에 여러 테이크 아웃과 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 나는 공항 호텔에 대해 가격이 상당히 합리적이며 저렴한 것으로 나타났습니다. 내 유일한 의심은 내 브라우저가 개인 정보의 보안에 위협이되므로 브라우저가 단호하게 차단 된 불안정한 인터넷 연결이었습니다. 웨이터는 아시아인의 얼굴에 그다지 열광하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 아침식사 때 묻지도 따지지도 않고 단체식사 장소로 가자고 했어요! 그 결과 외국인들이 이용하는 공간이 따로 있고, 식사와 퀄리티가 다르다는 것을 알게 되었어요! 두 개의 콜아웃! 그런 다음 우리는 물었습니다! 그들은 우리가 한 팀이라는 말을 꺼려하는데, 왜? 중국인은 팀으로만 여행할 수 있나요? 그 기간 동안 웨이트리스는 좋은 뷔페 공간에서 어떻게 음식을 얻을 수 있는지 질문했습니다. 매우 과하다! 또, 청구서 결제시에는 합계 2개의 방이 있었습니다. 현금으로 5위안(2.5스위스프랑)의 도시세를 내고 공항에서 2.5스위스프랑의 도시세에서 공제된 문자를 받았습니다!

Empa에서 일하러 이동했을 때 약 한 달 동안 Zwiback에 머물 렀으며 (겨울에도 2 박 동안). 짧고 긴 체류 모두에 매우 좋은 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 Empa와 Eawag에서 도보로 5-10 분 거리에 있으며 12 개의 트램 정류장과 매우 가깝습니다 (공항까지 ~ 20 분, Stettbach 기차역까지 5 분, 취리히 센터까지 기차를 타실 수 있습니다. 두 역). 호텔은 호텔 투숙객이 아침 식사를 제공하는 비스트로와 결합되어 있으며 직원 사무실이 있습니다. 호텔 객실은 Zwiback 다 아파트 건물 단지의 별도의 날개에 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓고 발코니가 있고 작은 냉장고도 있었어요. I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.
