Good cafe in the morning!!! I love his coffee. Foods are kind of not my style but the staff here are all kind so I do not care. The room is so clean and they clean every day. Also they gave us a little gift!!!! How amazing people they are. You guys are amazing and wonderful.

Venuste was a great help and tried to help. The stay was nice. The only issue was the air conditioners. We had a team of 11 people. Some of the air conditioners in the rooms did not work. They were not fixed even though we told them about the issue.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Mantis Epic in the North East of Rwanda We enjoyed all the excellent facilities including the refreshing pool where I loved to swim. The food was yummy and plentiful. Most of all the staff displeased 5 star service which came naturally. From everyone from the front desk to all the food and beverage staff and or their staff at the hotel their main job to serve you to a 5 star level. Nothing was too much for them to do for you. Even the maintenance staff worked in a happy way. The hotel prides itself on its sustainability. It uses all waste food products to feed both local water birds and foods of pray. Everything is done with sustainability as its focus. I congratulate Stefan and his team for their values and service!

Excellent hotel. Very nice, clean and confortable bedroom. Excellent food. Swimming pool is great. Very good staff. Possibiliy of taking walks in the hills with a very good guide. You just have to check with the reception. So I really recommend this place .

Epic Nyagatare has never disappointed me. Every visit brings a new positive experience. It was great to see a full time staff in the children playroom, which allowed us to get some rest and rejuvenate knowing that our little one is in good hands. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to address any request. The hotel is family friendly with a beautiful pool, spa, kids playroom, green space, gym, plenty games to enjoy with your teens and of course the food was great too. I strongly recommend this hotel to all families.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very greatfull with us. We had an amazing experience with a local village near to the hotel with Olivier Izabe who help us a lot to organize a trip during our journey. Thank you for all the staff to help us to have great memories from Rwanda !

We had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff, especially Oliver Izambe, went out of their way to make us feel at home, Oliver especially. He was able, at less than a day's notice, to arrange for me to visit a brick maker, to see a manufacturing process that I was particularly interested in. We shall be back.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. During our stay we managed to see quite a bit of the country but our stay at Mantis Epic Hotel is really one we’ll remember for a long time. A special shoutout to Oliver Izabe who was a massive help in facilitating our holiday!

Rwanda is a beautiful country with great people and nice landscape and scenery. Oliver from shop has been a good host at the epic hotel. Well done and keep it. Akagera national park is fantastic and you guys take good care of your nation and the resources you got
