"Stayed for one night. Friendly greeting from the chap on reception. Room was clean.Nice comfy bed and soft towels.A fan was provided which helped with the current hot weather. Didn’t use the wifi or have their breakfast so cannot comment."

"Perfect location the hotel doesn’t have parking but the car park across the road was perfect and not too costly. "A Premier Inn is a Premier Inn is a Premier Inn, and you generally know exactly what you're going to get. There's a twist to the story here with a little bonus surprise - Room 131 is directly about the main entrance and bar/restaurant, and has a constant soundtrack of the door clanging and bumping - making it impossible to sleep, rest or work in the room. I notice this was previously commented on in a review in May 2017, and an investigation was promised, so clearly they're not in too much of a rush to do anything about it. The Good Night Guarantee (is that still a thing?) requires that I report this to a member of staff before leaving. Three visits to reception so far, and no member of staff to be seen. I guess that's a good way to avoid payouts, although to be fair, I'd rather have a decent night's sleep than a refund!"
