'The room itself is the same as advertised. Sheets and towels are clean. Only a few things to consider wifi is not stable. Water dispenser is not working properly you need to unplug and plug it back to make sure it's working. The location is close to everything you need public transportation,mall,post office. This property has a swimming pool and gym which is free However,during our stay the pool is under maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay hoping they can improve some issues. To add comfort room's lock is not working but kodus for maintaining the room spotless and fragrant.'

'The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!'

'We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.'

'Wifi is not available. And assistance is also not available. I sent a message to the contact person sent to my email. When I informed her of our arrival, she acknowledged. But when I am already asking for assistance on the internet or wifi connectivity which is very essential for our stay, no response and no assistance was provided. We can't also connect with the internet for the Smart TV. The air-conditioning of the room is not also properly working which causes additional discomfort, though electric fan was provided to support the airdondition. These are just the areas that needs improvement to make the P3000 plus payment.'
