'Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. 'This place is great. Beautiful interior design. Great location and view. Amenities are great big swimming pool for free usage and free one Parking. Great for my family stay Host Gordon and Mary are perfect. Will come back again'

'The room is sparkling clean, and very large room for families of 5 with complimentary snacks. The view is nice and Mary the housekeeper was so nice to us. I give a 10 stars, We will be back again.'

'방도 호텔 건물 내부도 깨끗하고 깨끗했습니다! 방에 전자레인지, 주전자, 세탁기, 건조기, 냉장고가 있어서 매우 편리했습니다! 난 건조기 사용법이 잘 몰라서 프론트에 전화하는 것도 사용법이 잘 몰라서 설명이 있는 게시판이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요. 최소한 5 명으로 편의 시설이 필요합니다. 칫솔 2개, 샴푸, 바디 비누만 있었습니다. 목욕 타월은 ５ つ 였지만 손 타월은 １ つ 뿐이었습니다. 일찍 체크인했기 때문에 우연히 없었을 수도 있지만 인원수가 있으면 도움이 될 것이라고 생각했습니다. 수영장은 넓고 아름다웠지만 풀사이드 바로 옆에 쉴 곳이 있으면 좋을 것 같아요! 체육관도 있고 공항에서 쇼핑몰도 비교적 가깝고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리감에 있었습니다!'

'PITX 바로 근처에 있어서 창문을 열면 짖는 소리와 버스 경적 소리가 들립니다. 숙소에는 필수 주방 가전제품과 통돌이 세탁기가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 커다란 TV에 영어가 나오거나, 지역 채널이 나오거나, 아니면 유튜브나 넷플릭스 같은 기본 앱이라도 있었다면 더할 나위 없이 좋았을 것 같습니다. 청결도는 좀 별로였습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만, 호텔이 비교적 신축이라 일부 직원들은 불편을 겪지 않도록, 특히 노년층 투숙객에게는 교육이 더 필요할 것 같습니다.'
