Keep your favorite snacks and beverages in the mini-fridge, and easily prepare quick meals with the microwave. Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort. In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay. As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay. I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order.Venture beyond the studio's cozy confines to uncover a plethora of attractions just steps away. Subway: The closest subway station is the R train at 95th Street, just a short 6-minute walk from the apartment. Hop on the R train to access various parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The R train runs along 4th Avenue, providing convenient connections to Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, and beyond. Bus: Numerous bus routes serve the area, offering additional transportation alternatives within Brooklyn. Utilize the MTA website or a transit app to identify the most suitable bus routes for your destination. Taxi/Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Brooklyn. Hail a taxi or request a ride via a smartphone app for a convenient travel experience. * Ferry to Manhattan is 20 minutes We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable. For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $10 per hour for early check-in and $10 per hour for late checkout. Gym & Game Room: Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rooftop Access: Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop. Parking Information: While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property. If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
